The pick ups need to be bigger. not in stats, they're fine. but they need to be visually bigger because I've been with so many teammates that never pick up them because even just a small bit of bonus health and a free double jump can do wonders yet for some reasom, my teammates are either blind or don't care
Yeah I thought it was dumb at first for awhile but then realized it would be annoying to have him float as he pleased unable to shoot a bullet. They somehow fixed the issue with defense matrix which is funny.
I love the design of magneto's ult simply because of that mechanic. It either forces the enemy to shoot to blow it up, or risk the Magneto getting a kill off of the ult. Plus I think it's a good way of mitigating some of the ultimates in the game, especially punisher's. I'm no expert tho lmao
@@sothissleepydeity Good points but punishers ult will destroy it hella quick. I think my friend tapped the ult key so it would form quickly once punisher began shooting to fire it at him. He instantly charged it enough to kill punisher. Its good in that regard but you can not hold it to buy anyone time. You either kill him or he breaks it.
@@aerostrafe1075 yeah, you either use it to kill punisher the second you start it or you basically have a wasted ult in that regard cause you barely can mitigate all that much of his, what 6s ultimate. But it's good in the sense that you can charge it enough to kill him before he pops it
Tldr: Magneto is a good guy most of the time, depending on the writer. Magneto normally is a caring protector for his brotherhood of mutants, after being hated by humanity for simply being born differently and living through a horrible tragedy in WW2. Magneto has learned that no matter how much he tries, begging humanity for sympathy and tolerance will not work. Leading him to respond violently. Why is Magneto not a villain? Simply put, every villain gives it their all to win, Dr Doom is a perfect example. Magneto has the ability to destroy your very atoms and evaporate you from existence, he can destroy the very earth itself or all humans on it in an instant. Magneto will fight on human terms, for human rights to protect those who are hated and hunted by humanity, to build a nation of mutant culture for mutant kind. Those nations either being Krakoa or Genosha. Magneto does not beg for tolerance. He fights for acceptance.
"A horrible tragedy" Magneto is Jewish he had to live through Hitler's regime in the Holocaust. His hatred while wrong is justified. Its what makes him a great villain. In his own way hes just wanting his fellow mutants to be accepted. but his side of the coin is the wrong way to go about it.
Not just the write it depends on what is going on in the story. House of M and X he joins Prof-X. When Prof-X Dies he takes over the school as a favor for him. Most of the comics Magneto is more of an anti-hero than a villain. Since he just wants a world where Mutants can live without hate. In his mind even taking out as many humans as possible is worth it if it means his people are safe. In a lot of the comics he's doing what he thinks he must do to protect his people which makes him more of an ant-hero.
Saying that magneto isn't a villain is plain reductive. Just because he's justified, doesn't make him any less of a villain. When he's truly given up, he'll kill anyone in his way regardless of who they are, mutant or human. Child, mother, or man; all to root out those who are actually prejudiced. As a man who's given up, and while it's hard not to blame Magneto after all the misery he's witnessed, just because someone has sympathetic reasoning doesn't make their ideology bordering onto levels of Hitler's genocidal insanity any better. He doesn't destroy the Earth for 2 reasons when he's like this: his people have to live somewhere, his messiah complex wouldn't allow it. Magneto doesn't just believe himself to be a protector, but he believes in reigning as an iron fisted lord. You may say that's character assassination or bad writing, but I say that it's apparent referencing to his silver age era. In both good and bad states of mind he's committed major atrocities. He's an example of what happens if you allow the world to make you callous and cruel. He's even worked with a HYDRA Captain America to put and ignore political prisoners in concentration camps, he set off an EMP after house of m because the world super powers set up a net to keep him off of earth; killing millions of both mutants and humans. He used his daughter's powers to create a world where mutants are dominant. Hell, its implied Magneto is the reason why humanity is so scared of Mutants. He's not just a man who's supposed to be a good guy, when he is, it's usually something inspired or implemented by Charles Xavier. Directly or indirectly. The CURRENT iteration has become an anti-hero due to seeing the sympathetic parts of his character, and I don't think that's very compelling. His very idea is that of a good man beaten down by the very world and misshapen into a twisted facsimile of itself. The story of Magneto is a story of an anti-hero becoming less and less of a hero, and growing a greater Messiah complex
Funny how everybody goes "scarlet and magneto synergy is OP", destroy all target dummies in 2 hits, but on a real match they hit the attack maybe twice per activation.

That way, if punisher tries to Ult you can bubble him and he can either damage himself or wait it out and waist his Ult
If you have rocket on your team and he has his lamp down, it will drop armor pieces, one of these armor pieces has a blue texture instead of the orange, it gives you a double jump to use, and when used, it disappears until picked up again.
