tbh I'd just be glad she's back, having fought through what could be considered this world's equivalent of Hell to get back to me, the potential to hold a more proper conversation would be a bonus
the secret end seems to imply the potential for an Umbraclaw 2, one where Kuon or someone else has to save people from the monsters that escape the Soulplane
Thanks for the vid, I don't think the game is hard enough to not beat Claudius in feline form in first try, and I'm too lazy to play it again. So it's nice to know about other endings.
Does not getting the 4 items affect anything? I’m playing my first run on eternity mode trying to get all the upgrades I can and gun for the worst ending first, but I didn’t know if getting the item would influence the end so I skipped the one in the western skies now I can’t return. Did I mess up my first run or can I still get the worst ending? Also in the western skies there are 3 anima gems in a small square that I couldn’t get to in my first run, is there anyway to get to them? I tried everything but couldn’t reach them
the gems you couldn't reach can only be picked up if you have upgraded hornet soul. As for the 4 items, they only have significance if you're going for the good ending (and they adjust memory count for each bad ending). Since you are aiming for the worst end, don't pick up the items yet, because once you do, their effect is permanent. Also, if you have the maps of all stages, check how many large crystals are glowing. If it's less than 7 out of 20, you can still get worst end, iirc. Otherwise you'll get one of the three other bad ends.
@@greyxl854 Thank you so much. I just beat the game the other night for the first time. I noticed the gems just go on forever they aren’t an exact number to match the maximum cost of all upgrades, so I don’t really need to worry about collecting every single one each run. I find it interesting they’d make certain gems need you to die/have a certain soul to get. Luckily I did get the worst ending first run, skipped every memory shard and made sure I was 9 deaths human when I beat Claudius. Am I safe to get the items in this run for the remaining bad endings? I nabbed up 3 memories for the bad end 2 requirement, will getting the items push me over or am I still good?
@@greyxl854 I appreciate all your info, now I can do the rest of my runs without worry! Just need to nab a missed death entry and face Gunvolt to fill out my guidebook. Got all the red upgrades, I need to get the soulbeast soul to drop to upgrade all the blues. And I’m chipping away at the green upgrades, it takes a bit for them since they don’t seem do have a lot of them in the maps compared to the other two. The video description says everything in full detail. For good ending, you need to collect 4 items from the second half of the game and view at least 13 memories out of 20
Why does it seem like most people who play the Inti Creates games who steam it on UA-cam do it in Japanese audio instead of English? When you start up the game, is the audio set to Japanese by default, and if you want to play with English audio, you have to change it in the menu?

This is my favorite ending though I'll admit. if I had an anthro cat pet like her. I would embrace it. a dream come true. to me

After watching the final bosses' secret dialogue I doubt that Tsukumo was the only one attacked in the worst ending...

the default one is actually english voiceover, but if you want to change it, you do so in the menu, yeah
