    Symptoms
In men, hair often begins to recede from the forehead.
    Male-pattern baldness
Women tend to lose hair along the part.
    Female-pattern baldness
Patchy hair loss (alopecia areata) is sometimes preceded by itchy or painful scalp.
    Patchy hair loss (alopecia areata)
Repeated stress on the hair can cause a type of hair loss called traction alopecia.
    Traction alopecia
t's becoming increasingly common for menopausal women to experience frontal fibrosing alopecia, in which the hairline moves back.
    Frontal fibrosing alopecia
Hair loss can appear in many different ways, depending on what's causing it. It can come on suddenly or gradually and affect just your scalp or your whole body.
Signs and symptoms of hair loss may include:
Gradual thinning on top of head. This is the most common type of hair loss, affecting people as they age. In men, hair often begins to recede at the hairline on the forehead. Women typically have a broadening of the part in their hair. An increasingly common hair loss pattern in older women is a receding hairline (frontal fibrosing alopecia).
Circular or patchy bald spots. Some people lose hair in circular or patchy bald spots on the scalp, beard or eyebrows. Your skin may become itchy or painful before the hair falls out.
Sudden loosening of hair. A physical or emotional shock can cause hair to loosen. Handfuls of hair may come out when combing or washing your hair or even after gentle tugging. This type of hair loss usually causes overall hair thinning but is temporary.
Full-body hair loss. Some conditions and medical treatments, such as chemotherapy for cancer, can result in the loss of hair all over your body. The hair usually grows back.
Patches of scaling that spread over the scalp. This is a sign of ringworm. It may be accompanied by broken hair, redness, swelling and, at times, oozing.
    When to see a doctor
See your doctor if you are distressed by persistent hair loss in you or your child and want to pursue treatment. For women who are experiencing a receding hairline (frontal fibrosing alopecia), talk with your doctor about early treatment to avoid significant permanent baldness.
Also talk to your doctor if you notice sudden or patchy hair loss or more than usual hair loss when combing or washing your or your child's hair. Sudden hair loss can signal an underlying medical condition that requires treatment.
People typically lose 50 to 100 hairs a day. This usually isn't noticeable because new hair is growing in at the same time. Hair loss occurs when new hair doesn't replace the hair that has fallen out.

Picture your life like the sky, nice blue, clear sky… when something “bad” happens it’s like a cloud; bigger, smaller, lingering or moving depending on the severity of the problem, but they pass. When you live come crashing down from all directions, that’s like a hurricane and it’s God, the universe, your higher self, whatever you prefer smashing you on the head forcing drastic change. It’s similar to a psychedelic experience in a way that you have to give into it and then learn from it and it seems that’s what you have done which can be insanely difficult so kudos bro that’s great! Glad to have you back! I’m with you on the whole depression/medication stuff as well and I would even go as far as to say that SSRIs are NEVER the answer. They don’t work beyond placebo and dulling the brains activity and pineal gland but that’s a whole other rant. Good stuff 🙏

Everything you put your heart and soul into you felt betrayed by in the end.
Your hair loss business and your relationship with your lady felt like a betrayal. No wonder why thinking about hair loss systems at that time made you feel sick to your stomach.
Keep moving forward. God loves you because he's putting you through the fire for something even greater!
He prunes back and molds in the fire the ones who have the greatest potential for him. He didn't make it easy on his son he won't make it easy on you.
In the end you will be standing on top!

Jake, so sorry to hear of all you've been through! I'm happy to see you're healing and feeling stronger.
You and your videos helped me to have the courage to get a hair system and more importantly to traverse those first awkward weeks of wearing one. I cannot fully describe how much this has changed my life. My friends and family have repeatedly said they've not seen me this happy and confident for as long as they remember. Sadly I never realized I was ever "less" than now but it's clearly profound enough people have taken notice.
Hearing about your difficulties and your journey back to where you are now, I can honestly say you've never looked better! Your hair is the best it's ever looked and you just look healthy. Such a testament to how your inner health affects your outer health. Keep up the good work! Much love and appreciation to you.

Hey Jake....sorry to hear about you going thru a tough time. Trust me on this....you will only come out of this stronger. As for your GF, you will make a better pick next time. You're an intelligent guy. Several years ago I got divorced and got custody of my 1yr old son at the time. I was 39yrs old, and I waited a few years to start looking for a serious relationship. I met this beautiful woman and we both fell hard for each other. After a year or so, she started pulling away. I have learned when someone does this, trying to hang on is the worse thing you can do. It just pushes them away. So, I backed off and that was really hard to, but it worked. A year and a half later, she came back professing her undying love. It wasn't long before she started playing games, again. I had to make a choice....live with this for the rest of my life, or just pull away myself. It was hard, but I pulled away. It felt like it crushed me, but I have a very full life and got along. About a year later, I met another BEAUTIFUL and AMAZING woman. In fact, I couldn't have dreamt up a better "dream" lady. A long story short, I have been married to the MOST BEAUTIFUL AND AMAZING WOMAN for over 15 years. The moral of the story....someone better FOR YOU is just around the corner. How do I know that? Because you have become wiser........thru experience.
Also, have you heard of Dr John E. Sarno? Look him up. He was a Pain Specialist at Rusk Institute at NYU. He cures people with major, chronic pain issues, using only the mind, a lot of courage, and a willingness to follow the truth. He also cures depression, anxiety, chronic fatigue, etc. absolutely no drugs, ONLY TRUTH and a willingness to be honest with yourself and do some self-reflection. Remember, pain is pain, whether it is physical, mental, or psychological. Give him a look. You may be able to use some of his writings in your program. Also, look into the book, "The Great Pain Deception".
Last but not least, I actually got a hair system a week ago. I didn't know what I was doing and it looks horrible. I know I need a new one so, any tips would be appreciated.

im not trying to "Convince" anyone. people can do whatever they choose. Its a big yikes to assume that im out convincing people to do anything other than what they want. same with hair systems - i dont care what you choose for your hair loss. i present my solutions and options, and you are free to go your own way.
