how can people up sticks from "wherever" and cause chaos - everyone wants to live in Lagos but rent when you come don't set up shanties etc . They are the ones responsible for the deplorable stench not the government. We can't keep blaming the goverment all the time citizens also have to take responsibility

Same thing that was running through my mind while ploughing Osogbo road this afternoon...
I just keep thinking why would a sane government spend a whole lot of fortune of the tax payers money to construction projects but pack maintenance..
    It's so stupid.
Aregbesola tried with the OYES men and women who makes sure the city stays clean but this present administration should do better with the environmental protection to sustain and maintain the projects being done

Nigeria need to declare a state of emergency on environment, most cities are just filthy,no planning, no purpose...They should try and replicate or use Abuja or most east African cities as standard.

That's left for the government of the state to do the needful we have many cities in Nigeria without good planning system no maintenance to infrastructure, still using the old colonial delapidated buildings . Infact each state in Nigeria should replicate Abuja and uyo

So so sad that these cattle traders are left to ply their trade in very dangerous, unhealthy , unsanitary and totally subhuman environment. Even the cattle suffer the same fate. Governance we must realise encompasses all and sundry.

Why not come together and clean up? But then even a man-made run off together. It needs attention but at least some direction and government aid. People will have create jobs to clean up and be paid by those who are affected.
