Nike Alphafly 3 - First Impressions and First Marathon!

The Nike Alphafly 3 doesn't need a lot of introduction, we all have heard about it or have seen some pictures coming by on social media.
It's one of the most hyped up shoes, and the original proto colorway was sold out in a matter of seconds back in January.
But is it just a nice looking shoe or are they actually good?
Well i have tested them out on 2 marathons already and i can tell you that they are GOOD!
They are not suited for everyone though, and even for an amateur like myself it's sometimes the question if they are right for me or not, but i like to try it out anyway 😉
The thing that you need to remember is, it's a shoe designed for speed.
if you run slow in them you might not get the expected effect from them, which is normal.
Usually that also means that stability could be an issue, and since i was suffering so much during the ING night marathon, i couldn't run fast anymore even if i wanted to, and the shoes remained stable, of this i was obviously nicely surprised!
