Great video! Noob question here. How do you run the midi recording via the synth and into the pedal? Does the arturia have a memory patch it is feeding into the Peak?

There is no midi going in to the pedal.
The arturia keystep has a midi sequencer built in. You can program up to 128 steps and then it will send those midi notes to a synth. The midi data will trigger the synth to play those notes
The audio goes from the synth to the pedal

Do you like more than the Ventris? Seems maybe a bit more soft but in a good way

hard to say. I really like the Ventris but I'd agree that the Bluesky sound is softer.
