When I bought mine I had the exact same issue out of the box. My customer service experience was great though. I contacted them via email, they asked for an explanation and a few pictures if I could. I sent a picture of the jam, the bcg, the mag well, and down the barrel. They sent me a label the next day. They kept me updated during the whole process, they let me know when they received it, what’s was wrong and when to expect it back. This whole process took about three weeks. Since getting it back, I haven’t had one jam after a small amount of about 300 rounds. I’m going to give it some time to see, but as of right now, it’s rolling like an old Cadillac

They really tried, I’ll give them credit for that, but after the 4th time of sending it back, I was just over it.
