Omg thank you! I was thinking all this but I didn't have a clear enough translation. I knew Jimin got cold feet because he kept saying "this wasn't what I was going for," and the way he took the pressure off by getting them all to say it. I think he was expecting the others to be more serious and intimate, and that gave him courage, but when Hobi copped out and got everyone to say it and ppl were laughing a lot, Jimin got nervous. He didn't want to put himself and Yoongi on the spot like that. But he asked them to say it sweetly bc that's how he originally wanted to say it. And yes, you can tell he got frustrated when things didn't turn out the way he hoped. Aaw Jiminie. This is so sweeeet.
I mean that is really interesting that Jimin who is normally not afraid of showing his love towards other members got shy and nervous to say such simple sentence. Because if you think about this “I love you” is used to different kind of people and in different situation. It can be used towards family member, friend and loved one ( partner). I mean if they are just friends then why he seemed so nervous about it ? Friends say those words to each other too. Not such a big deal, so why? Ofc You can say that it’s because yg normally is not good at openly expressing his feelings, but if you look closely he also said “ I love you” without any reason to Hobi, V, Jk ( to V and Jk he writhe whole ass letter). So it’s not like Yg doesn’t know how to do it and is not doing it. And it’s really interesting that Jm made all members say it while the letter was only to Suga from him. It wasn’t “ We all love you” it was “ I love you”. ... I think he knew that after that it can cause a big problem and he was afraid

5:15 totally makes sense because Hobi literally wrote
"우리" which means "WE" then he wrote the whole phrase as 우리 모두 너를 좋아해 (u-ri mo-du no-ruel jo-wa-hae) that is translated as
"We all like you". So if we think of it we can say that he really thought before the show started to say this phrases to V and make all of them get along with him(jhope). BUT not on Jimin 사랑해 "I love you" a message only for a person here for Yoongi.
We know before any events, interviews, and etc. that BTS attended they were brief of what will happen so that they could have any idea or change or add more, depends on the situations..
We can see on this show specially on this segment that the envelopes are printed meaning the phrases are prepared and thought already before they started. And I assume like what I said that they are already brief with the flow of the segment, like namjoon explaining the segment in the beginning with the instruction of [ when you say the phrase lock eyes then say it ] something like that..
If you watch the whole "Let's BTS" episodes the members literally wrote messages directed to a member they picked on the two divided parts of the segment. And just Hobi wrote something with "WE".
I see that other Yoonminist pointed this out that Jimin only told the members to say 사랑해 "I love you" to Yoongi all together is because of Jhope, and because he got nervous with the members reaction. I completely agree!

I also agree that Jimin could have really said his message alone to Yoongi if only those things didn't happened but still this only ensure us that Jimin saying "I love you" to the members and to Yoongi are completely different kinds of love. Period. 🌈

That segment for me of Jimin wanting to say the 3 words to SUGA is a confession but they had an image to protect! Jimin really loves Suga and vice versa maybe when they are together they are too shy to each other and can't say those Words so they just show it thru skinship. So Jimin took that CHANCE of him to say I love you to Yoongi on a national television. And for me that's TOO SWEET for a brotherly love!

I think Jimin had everyone speak with him because of what Yoongi said earlier. And what other members said about people saying I love you and other adoring sentiments from previous members being cheesy.
But thankfully, Jimin braved it forward and delivered what he wanted to say. And Yoongi felt the chill of the words. Now he won't be so quick to judge people when they say "I Love you" . That’s sad to me! The time allotted was suppose to be spent being honest and transparent about your answers to the selected questions. However, RM put conditions on their answers when he made that negative comment. So why even ask them to participate in this kind of question and answer segment when you don’t want the truth. Where you make them feel uncomfortable and disingenuous.
I felt sorry, that Jimin and Jhope felt uncomfortable delivering their answers their way, without being judged and laughed at. Note to RM and Staff; The questions are prescriptive, with prescriptive guidelines; So don’t ask questions that you’re afraid to hear the answers to.

Я смотрела видео с другого канала именно об этих письмах , и там было сказано , что именно такие тексты парни писали под команду их режиссера , т.е. всё это сценарий хайба .
А потом эти письма у них забрали .
