Virgo Ascendant Libra Moon... No planet in Aquarius in my natal chart. But Saturn is in Libra with moon in my natal chart
My ascendant is Virgo 2° sun in cancer 24° moon and Venus in Gemini 17° and 11° Mars In Virgo 1st house at 13° and Saturn in Aquarius at 29°

it can be. It depends on your own chart. But it can also be a good period!
Saturn is Saturn the justice giver always. Take for example kids standing in a line in school. Direct Saturn means a tough strict principal is walking towards you with his eyes on you. You feel more conscious and have pressure to behave well. But after he dealt with you(disciplined if you were bad, rewarded for good), now principal turns around retrograde to back to his office, his eyes are not you directly so you may feel little relief but if still misbehave in a big enough way principal can hear and punish. In case of small mistakes, you may get away because the retrograde principal will not notice. This is called so called relief. I have not heard any astrologer say relief as in wonderful enjoyment times, they said some SMALL relief POSSIBLE depending on your actions.
