Thanks for the tips on this and other videos.. I had my OCS exam today and had every intention of not using the scratch pad.. but found it was the only window I could adjust the size of. I couldn't reduce the size of any of the reference material windows so it was impossible to read the question/materials while creating a plan/developing an answer alongside it in the answer box. In the end, for some questions, I opened the scratch pad over the materials and reduced it so I could see both what I was writing and the material at the same time. Then copied to the answer box. I would have really struggled without the scratch pad! I was on a macbook, would be good to know if the experience is different on windows?
