Once you secure the positions and tighten the screws well there is no issue even if I leave the arm on open positions for days. I was worried about the same considering 32 inch heavy monitors but they don't move at all.
No it didn’t come with the monitors i got everything else separate. I got chair directly from the company website and paid with PayPal, and the rest of the other things I got from amazon.

That's really cool. Question: Can it save your configuration and go back to it when you get back into the chair? (setting monitor distance/height and chair angle) Or do you have to manually adjust it all when you get back in every single time? I didn't see any M1 or M2 buttons.
There is no save option. The monitor distance is fixed you can only adjust the arm up or down. This model doesn't give you option to adjust the distance which was my biggest concern thinking the monitors would be too far when i full go back but it turned out no big deal.
The first function you show is the one-button touch of opening to allow user access which is accomplished by rotating the keyboard tray out of way, and raising the monitor arm, lifting the monitors up and out of the way. Now, if someone did not have the ceiling clearance height to provide sufficient space for the monitor arm to open (lift) to its maximum height, can a user stop (pause) the opening functioning of the chair so that the monitor arm opens only part way, so the user has some room to enter and exit the chair, and then have the ability to reverse the motion of the monitor arm to return to the close position? Or in other words, can the user open the chair up only part of the way, pause the mechanical motion, either to enter the chair, or exit the chair, and then reactivate the mechanical motion in the reverse direction to close it up? Basically, is it possible to open and close this workstation chair without the chair extending fully to its maximum height?
The arm and the tray can be controlled individually so if you have a limited space you can just use the raise arm button before you hit the ceiling. Also, if you press the one button operation you can stop it by pressing any other button so it will not crash on your ceiling. I hope this helps you. Hi, I don't have the manual they provided some videos how to assemble it but I can say it is very straightforward. It almost comes pre-assembled. All you have to do is put the arm/chair piece on the base which slides in and you secure it with couple of screws in the front. And the raising arm you need to lift it and mount it on the lifts and you are good to go. For the monitor arms there are 6 screws on each arm which you won't need any instructions. The screws are the same size so you won't get confused. Customer support is amazing Jason is very responsive I had been communicating with him via text message and WhatsApp he always response very quickly.
Im guessing they started sending them pre assembled becayse i was going to buy one back in 2020 and it did bit come assembled at all and i saw the process to fully assemble and it was extremely tedious with lots of screws and stuff. I was emailing the manufacturerers themselves they also informed me it would arrive in 2 big heavy heavy boxes did yours arrive that way
Yes you can use it for multiple computers. It comes with 3 cables for the monitors but you can add additional cables. If you watch till end of the video I put through longer cables it is very easy to update the existing ones with longer cables. I am using it for my work as well I put my laptop on the side and use my PC keyboard and mouse for both but you will need a switch box to change the input here is the link what I am using amzn.to/45Jj4bS this is a very good switch box never had any issues, you can add up to 4 device to share among your computers.
I have high ceiling I don't have any issue with the height. I just measured when the arm is on open position it is 90inch from floor to highest point. If you sit and the put the seat on gravity position and you decide to open the arm all the way up it measurs about 96inches.
Can you tell me if there if that area under the Right armrest next the USB ports is empty? I plan to purchase a chair next week and was curious if I could mount a tray to that area without damaging any internal components.

Hi, its been over a year and a half now i am really enjoying this workstation. I didn't need to make any repairs everything works well. The only thing i had to do was putting some grease on the lift arms to stop the noise it started to make. It is a well made unit.
Its been working well like day one. I absolutely love it helped reducing my back paing significantly as I spent 10-12 hours a day sitting in front of the computer.
I am using speakers as well and i put them on the bottom part the big bas there are plenty of space on both right an left side so you can try that as well. If you are creative and dont mind the look you can use some zip ties and secure the speakers on the monitor arms there are a lot of rooms.
It was shipped in 2 wooden shipping crates. One of them is really big which holds the seat and the arm piece. And the other one is for the base where you have to install the chair it is very easy installation you just slide the chair on the base and secure it with 4 brackets. But you need couple of strong friends because it is really heavy. If you don’t have that kind of help you can disassemble the lifting arm and the side arm handles to reduce the weight but that would require extra work.
3 Monitor is more than enough If could go back to time I would get 27" monitors instead of 32". I am using this setup mainly for work purpose and I need to use my personal computer as well so I keep switching the input source often. If you don't have that kind of requirement and have money you can consider 49" Odyssey kind of monitors I think it will look nicer.

The information on the video description they are legit I had the same exact conserns before I placed the order. They accept PAYPAL which is how i paid so you have protection from them as well.
The keyboard tray can be used to mount a wheel. The center of the tray dimension is about 13.5inches. I think you can easily use a wheel but you need to move your keyboard.
It is really easy, it almost comes assembled the top arm, you just need to raise it to position to put the bolds then its ready. The monitor arms pretty easy each right and left has 6 screws to secure the mount. And the bottom piece the base where the cahir goes on has 4 screws and you are done. The challenging part was moving the chair from garage to my room as it weighs about 300lbs. So you definitely need 4 strong person. Also you need to measure your door width if it is less then 30inches it will not fit.

I just listen to you and ordered Meta Quest 3 and no way a person can wear that thing more than 1-2 hours without having horrible motion sickness and headache. I just returned it back for refund.
That is the only thing I hate you have to make sure you done everything you need to do before you sit down. I often ask my family member if anybody needs anything from me before I sit and I tell them once I sit I am not getting up anytime soon 😂😅

That's my setup on the video, all the monitors are 32" and curved. You can also use one 49" curved monitor as well.

You can use up to 49” ultra wide monitor. It needs to be ultra wide otherwise It wouldn't fit if you go over 32"
