Orange Chicken Uhu?!?

Don't try it. It's addicting.
Batter (mix dry first):
1/2 T salt
1/2 t pepper
1/2 C Corn starch
1 C Flour
(add wet ingredients)
1 egg
~ 1 1/4 C water (looking for pancake-batter texture)
1 T oil
ORANGE CHICKEN SAUCE:
*add to pan on medium heat in this order
1 t. Oil
1/4 t chili flakes
1/2 t minced ginger
1 T minced garlic
1/4 C sugar
1/4 C brown sugar
1/4 C orange juice (I used homemade juice, I have a tree in yard)
1/4 C white vinegar
2 T shoyu
2T corn starch mixed in 2T water

Hey guys, after making about 3 batches i noticed that if u have too much sauce it may get soggy instead of crispy- i suggest drizzling the sauce on (or dipping if u really care)
