The HOI4 100% Achievement Series is back in full swing and today we got another challenge in front of us.
In this HOI4 Challenge, you can't lose a single province/state as Switzerland while you're in a defensive war, this is the YOU SHALL NOT PASS achievement.
This is one of the achievements introduced in the newest HOI4 DLC, By Blood Alone.
Switzerland has a whole new focus tree and a bunch of new achievements and you already know Tommy is going to be getting them all.
After a successful Germany game and a semi successful Italy game, Tommy is onto Switzerland.
With its weird new mechanics and the militia stuff, it's gonna be one hell of a time in this HOI4 Achievement.

They added the militia thing because it is how swiss military works they have and had almost no troops they were only special forces( grenadiers) and every men had to do a military service and still has to, so in case of war or imminent war the swiss army could mobilize a huge army iin 24 hours, with men that did their service at least 10 years ago and kept their service weapon at home.
you can use the spirit of Bernard focus to create invincible divisions if you have the latest field hospital researched.

(near impossible) challenge. Every time Tommy insults his viewers...he has to delete wipe all his political power or delete division/general(field marshall)/etc. Either random or by choice...you choose the pain level. This is just a starting concept. Good luck!

From the 3 games I've played since the new dlc, Italy will basically always depose Mussolini before you can finish the war, forcing the Italian puppet on you, whether you want it or not. Happened to me even if I was non-aligned or fascist, which doesn't make much since when they're democratic.
If Tommy only took the "Aggressive Spirit of the Helveta" national spirit in order to change his divisions...but he doesn't like to read.

The Medals are probably only different for the major powers, while the medium and minor nations get generic ones.

I agree greatly that the militia templates being unable to be changed to my own liking and peace conferences being broken asf. I was totally prepared to make some cool ass CC.NN divisions for Italy only to findout they are basically useless and its always worth it to just to take the assault battalion completely making the other choice useless and stupid to take. I also feel like the AI is stupid with plans as i've noticed myself and many others the AI just doesn't make its own airframes and they are absolutely garbage seeing how 400 of mine can take on 2000 easy. However its an okay DLC no step back was the pinnacle of what DLC should be.
Easiest way I got this was pissing off the Italians, get them to declare war on you for breaking neutrality and get the French to back you. I ended up getting pretty much the whole of Italy as a puppet by mid 38.
