Love your reviews dude. About 4 months ago I decided to go with the Gigabyte Gigabyte X670 AORUS ELITE AX for my first ever build. I was a bit overwhelmed by all the different types of motherboards but your reviews helped me understand what i was looking for. Even though I'm not shopping for another board i still like watching your videos as you make them very entertaining.
@@Laurentschoice ironically I wrote the wrong motherboard down by mistake, it was actually the Gigabyte X670 AORUS ELITE AX. Guess I didn't learn much after all 😅
PCIe 1× slots right under the GPU 16x slot will never stop to amaze me. "Let's put two slots there so nobody can use them after installing their GPU" I like the main M.2 TUF shaped heatsink though, lovely idea
Building a new AMD system once the 9950x3d comes but what board x870e or otherwise even would you recommend to go with it? Not going to go crazy overclocking but might undervolt a little via PBO etc.
Laurent How about doing a vid on your ultimate build for gaming machine NO expense spared the fastest the best the dogs Bo.... you get the idea many many thanks Bill Scotland.
dont burn the cmos agian with team blue and stuff got like 3 of em burnt...is the cmos circuit too capacitive? gotta be only way its still burning in it.
Sadly I find myself disagreeing with you, yes VRM is good but rear IO is lacking for me. Will also need to wait for Intel to step up on the CPU front. Cheap board? I think not, you yourself point out benefits of other manufacturers boards that are cheaper. I thank you for the review but this one is not for me.
Hey thanks for the comment and kind words :) To be fair I said not "expensive" :) would not go as far as cheap ... Yeah back IO is under-equipped..... But ... This is two more PCB layers than the tomahawk.... And that makes it a much more durable product! But do not dispair... I started the Z890 tomahawk review today ;) ... So ... I might contradict myself !
Common' Laurent, you got to speak the German yourself, as you dicwith the English, let native German speaker write down the translation and project it in the teleprompter, et voila! - Trust me, this will make your English translations perfect! Salut de Vienne and thanks for your great reviews [that I rather prefer in English than with this lifeless German voice-over, dear...] - Jürgen
