DRIBBLE FREEZE- Practice Basketball Skills in PE or At Home!

Dribble Freeze is an activity geared to practice dribbling skills, as well as practice ready position (triple threat). You could also practice ball handling skills while frozen, or even pivot during the freeze time- you can decide what you want to do!
Dribble in open space, under control. When coach says "Freeze", you stop and get in ready position (triple threat), where you can either dribble, shoot, or pass. Music starts again and you dribble again.
