Reasons to back the manager: - ETH had a great first season. - 3 finals in his first 2 years at the club. - Winning 2 cups, league cup and FA cup - no other manager has done that. Reasons to back the manager:
- ETH had a great first season.
- 3 finals in his first 2 years at the club.
- Winning 2 cups, league cup and FA cup - no other manager has done that. Instilling a winning mentality.
- Dealt with the chaos at the club.
- Tried to change style of play - sure enough injuries and new goalie errors dumped Utd out of champions league. But with the changes it's to be expected.
- Brought youngsters through in to first team.
- Got 8th which in the scheme of things wasn't too bad.
