- In this video I will review Chanel Allure Homme Sport. This fragrance was released in 2004 and has been somewhat a victim of the success of fragrances in this same line that succeeded it. This fragrances is highly complimented but very underrated for that reason. A vivacious, energizing fragrance spiked with heightened notes of freshness and sensuality. For the man who loves the great outdoors and lives his life with style. The sparkling freshness of Italian Mandarin, heightened with aldehydes, blends into clean, intense notes of Cedar. A sensual, almondy Tonka note pairs with the enveloping notes of White Musk for a deep and intense trail.

Yea man two thumbs waaaaaaaaaaaaay way up, this is why I love this channel. This scent will NEVER go away Eau extreme definitely will. It’s not a better all around scent but it’s definitely twice as good in the summer and spring

I like this one better than eau extreme. I also noticed that as the bottle sits over time it gets better.
It really does .let it sit for at least 6 years then you will know what we are on about. Honestly I thought I was the only one who knew about this 😃 it goes more thick and deep and slightly powdery plus it loses that horrible aquatic sea breeze smell .
bosh bash There is nothing 'horrible' about any notes in this fragrance.
This is definitely smoother than the Eau Extreme

Nah this smells amazing but the Eau Extreme with that Tonka note once it dries down is so creamy and good. That’s what won me over when i sprayed them both on opposite hands just to see.
My favorite from Chanel. Out of 146 bottles it is my most over the top chased down in store complimemt getter. Not Layton, Aventus, Elysuim, Oud Wood....just ol' Chanel AHS. A warmer weather banger as they say. Thanks for the content. Be safe.

Two years ago I met an old friend at the airport in Copenhagen, we had a lot of time before our flights, we went to duty free and tried fragrances. I put La Nuit De L'homme on one wrist and Allure Homme Sport on another and after 20 min when we met again I asked her what does she think. I thought that La Nuit will be the winner according to UA-cam but her reaction on Chanel was just wow! Obviously I bought it and not regretting a single cent of the price. I wear it in spring, summer evenings and fall. For summer days i use Versace Pour Homme.
I wear other scents also just to mix it up but you can't go wrong with these.
I have also AHSEE and also enjoying it but I like this one a little more.
Just picked up a bottle of this from Sephora. I don't really care for the opening - it's not horrible, but a bit harsh - but then when it dries down and the soft, smooth, creamy vanilla notes come out, oh man, then this stuff is just amazing. Also - as always, your videos are just amazing! You have been one of the primary drivers in my fragrance journey! Thank you!!!

I have this and eau extreme, I always find myself reaching for this one.
Fragcom overhyping eau extreme and passing over the EDT is a huge disservice to people's scent journey.
This is my everyday scent. Office, gym and hanging out. I don’t wear it for dates though.
What an amazing smell! Especially in summer in the heat, been rocking this scent for 10 years since I was 18 had so many compliments from it, remember aswell not everyone is confident enough to speak to you and give you a compliment so you can only imagine! Definitely not a winter fragrance but in the summer this shit is the best !
My SOTD good timing to watch a review & I got 3 back up bottles. People always talk about eau extreme I am not hating on eau extreme but on me doesn’t work. On the other hand the Allure homme sport edt is my most complimented fragrance in my collection. I owe about 100 plus & this makes top 5 any day. This just projects & last hours & hours on me. I have gotten compliments around 15 hr mark, maybe just works on my body chemistry but this one is my summer & spring staples. Also this era of time where we have ambroxen type bombs this one smells different & unique to general society. So let this be underrated. I’m happy with that.
This is my favourite from the line. I finally ordered it because 50 ml isn't that expensive, to be honest. LOVE THIS ONE. Spring/Summer BEAST.

I smelled sport at macy’s n was blown away said this must be in my collection 2 weeks after went online saw eau extreme n thought they both had the same smell long story short it wasn’t as good as sport … sport was a masterpiece

I had this cologne when it was released in 2004. It was my first ever cologne. I love this scent. People say it’s very close to smelling like Versace Pour Homme but for me Versace is too sharp. Allure Homme sport is smoother, thicker, and creamier.
Absolutely. The creamy, woody drydown is what makes it great.
Versace Pour Homme and Allure Homme Sport smell similar. To me Versace is a Bentley and Allure is a Rolls Royce it just has that extra touch of class.

Had a sample vial and layered on top of Bleu de Chanel Parfum and man what a magic! The creamy orange/wood is richer and more interesting!

Try Missoni Wave. It's the best of both worlds as far as Allure Homme Sport and Versace Pour Homme go. Only difference is it's much cheaper and has far better performance.
I wore this at work today, and got a few compliments. It projects quite strongly for the first couple of hours. In fact, some one several feet away picked up the scent trail. I got wafts of it throughout the day. The dry down is so good. I like the fact that it’s under the radar 😊

@@isaiahariganello9879 here’s an example: I tend to apply my aftershaves at around 7am before heading out to work. It was around 3:50 when a colleague said “you smell nice.” I thought the scent had faded but it was still in the air. We tend to become nose blind to scents we wear regularly.

Have been enjoying this one since a couple years after it dropped. I bought a 100ml bottle from the Duty Free before a vacation in 2007 and still have the same bottle.

I absolutely LOVED Allure Homme Sport when I first smelled it several years back. The only reason I didn't buy it was because the next scent I smelled was Bleu de Chanel....... so yeeeeeeah, ain't really no winning against Bleu de Chanel.

@@redhabelbachir5428 I'd say so, for the most part. Depends on which version of Bleu de Chanel you get/have, though. If you get the Eau de Toilette, I find it does well in high heat. The Eau de Parfum is pretty decent too. But the Parfum is not so great in high heat, at least not for me - I find it to be too rich in scent, and its woody notes become too much when you're in high heat. But the EDT is excellent in high heat. I live in Los Angeles, and it gets reeeeeeeally hot here, and Bleu de Chanel EDT is one of my go to scents for high heat.
@@thedayidied Thanks a lot for the feedback pal, Indeed, it kind of gets pretty hot in Los Angeles especially in summer really, I noticed that during a family visit to California back in 98 despite being 10 years old at the time haha.
I currently live near the Mediterranean coast in North west Algeria and the weather resembles that in L.A that's why I asked, so I'm kind of bit hesitated which one to purchase between Bleu de Chanel EDT and Allure Homme Sport EDT (not the eau extrême).
What do you think according to your previous experience with both frags ?
@@redhabelbachir5428 Well, I personally like Bleu de Chanel a bit better, but it really depends on your taste. If you want a more "blue" accord, sort of fresh, that clean and powdery vibe of vetiver/aromatics and woods, with an uplifting scent and a bit of minty/grapefruit zest in the opening, go with Bleu de Chanel. But if you want a more citrusy, lemon/bergamot zing and some vanilla/herbal vibes, go with Allure Homme Sport. Honestly though, I don't think you'd be disappointed with either one. But if you want my two cents: Bleu de Chanel is one of my all-time favorite scents. You can't go wrong.

I have both eau extreme and edt, also have edition blanche. BUT edt vs extreme have there differences, edt for the sunshine and extreme for the sunset. Both 10/10 Chanel will always be quality.
I got a sample last week when i got the bleu de chanel parfum and i enjoy it as well. It has this very nice burst of citrus in the opening i think and from there idk 🤷🏽♂️ lol. All i know is i like it.
BleudeC is more sexy, less elegant both they are both Incredible.
Better than all of the BDC's in my opinion based on scent characteristics and performance. All the BDC's are dead after 4 hours on my skin and scents normally last a long time on me.

Honestly... the original allure homme sport smells better than extreme...n according to sales reps it sells more than the extreme.. the extreme is only a big deal to fragheads n sometimes I think it's VERY important to differentiate the two.....fragheads get caught up in things that ppl who just Wana smell good don't give a fuck about lol

I'm a Chanel guy. I order straight from their website. The BDC and Allures last 8+ hours on my skin. Great fragrances for guys.
Facts. 8+ hours. No reformulation. Just pure quality juice. Bought the ahs and bdc gift set off the chanel website. 600 for both sets. And man when i unboxed and sprayed my socks flew off. I had no idea bdc edp smelled so heavenly. I had ahs when it 1st released. So i already knew what i was getting. Bdc edp was the best blind buy in my life. My older bottles have the batch code at the top and my more current bottles (after 2013) have the batch codes closer to the bottom..let the fragrance mature for a few months with the cap off and it'll last longer..eau extreme for the fall and warmer winters...peace big bro

This is better than Eau Extreme. Far less sweeter.

If this lasted longer on my skin or was 40% cheaper then I’d take it. Chanel perfumes just get absorbed into my body like I’m a sponge and last 2hrs max.
DUA fragrances has a good dupe. Let it sit in the fridge for few days or more and you will have the exact if not better longer lasting version. There’s has more oil in it so it lasts well over 8 hours.

It's an EDT and lasts like 2 hours top, it used to last longer. Needs a parfum version, illogical why not. And it costs the same as parfums, makes no sense.

There are only three fragrances my wife will tolerate on me. This one, Chanel Platinum Egoiste and the classic Kenzo Homme. AHS is the only one where she actually says it smells good!

Probably the orange cream scent. It grew on me and I love it. The cream/powder scent is wayyyy too overpowering in the extreme
