Definitely on the narrow side. So if you got TTS you should be okay (it’ll be a snug fit), but if you prefer a little roomier fit or have a wide foot, go .5 up.

I did the same thing. Ended up going with the size 12 and the carbon carbon color and then I seen and heard about what Jerry said about sizing up half a size so then I ended up ordering the other pair and a size 12 1/2 and going up a half a size is definitely recommended. Shoes are 🔥 though.

@@Tran56kgOkay got you. Yeah I think if the 9.5 was good for you in the GK14, you should be good with a 10 in these. If you got a 9.5 it would be pretty snug, but you could still rock them 👍🏾

I wouldn't recommend anyone to go true to size on these shoes. I have very narrow feet, so I went true to size but they are definitely too small. The combination of the ankle pads and the narrow toe mean your foot is being squeezed into a very small space, and it has nowhere to go due to the rigid construction of the shoe, so it just gets pinched from all sides.
I asked them to change my order to .5 up and they immediately proceeded to print a shipping label so they wouldnt have to deal with it. Hasnt moved in a week. FOG is sketchy af in my book
