Two of my favorite players.
I like the guy Lewis. Each time i saw him he does what really needs to be done and i don t know what he needs to win. Maybe more successful breaks.
Melling Sir. ❤🔥
Commentators must be watching a different match to me. Roberts had terrible breaks. When he made balls the cue ball was tracking straight towards a pocket, and they were all under-hit. No bad luck involved at all.
Now Then
I really like this videos, so thanks for posting. Just I don't like the repetition of every break, because while the replaying we can't see how it is the table situation and it doesn't allow us to figure out which colour (and strategy) the player is gonna choose. So I would prefer not to see the break's replays (though they are good) and to focus in the table situation, especially with fast players like Melling.
Another thing is that I would like to know the commentator's names at the beginning of the matches.
Thank you and keep doing it well.
I don't think anyone else would play their shot that quick is the thing. I've not noticed the break replay cutting off any other players, melling was just on one here
@@dnbmania Even though they don't usually cut the game, I'd rather not watch the break replays. It's my opinion, I don't know if anyone else feels the same.
I'm not saying they're not interesting (it's cool to see in slow motion each player's technic on the break) but personally I would prefer, if I had the option, to keep my eyes on the table as much seconds as possible.
Perhaps there may be other better occasions to replay the breaks.
A suggestion: while the referee is setting the table it could be a good moment to see it, as well as many other last frame hits (close ups and slow motions, as we see in tennis p. ex.). This it would undoubtedly lengthen the video's time though.
Otherwise the Ultimate Pool retransmissions are very good, nice quality. I'm a big fan.
@@carlesgrife6689definitely agree 👍👍
Against a mere mortal he would have won.
Melling is always touted as this particularly incredible/legendary player, but whenever I watch a match of his I see so many loose shots and mistakes compared to other top players, like Cousins, Hill etc. I get the feeling his reputation is not fully deserved.
L pool knowledge
Too funny.
He's known for his speed and quick thinking on patterns, oh and ability to pull pots out of anywhere whilst snookered... His style is completely different to cousins and hill so you can't really compare them in my opinion. He's also probably the most entertaining player to watch
@@samoxley7552 Absolutely, I totally agree. I just think he's held on a pedestle too much by the commentators compared to his ability to win matches consistently.
@@gemsandlasers269is it fair to call a multiple world champion in UK pool and someone who's been a professional in 4 different cue sports overrated?
