OMD Electricity but its an instrumental synthwave cover

This is a sort of passion project I have been working on. Based around OMD's single of the same name released in 1979, this is a combination of archive rail film and retro sounding music to create a viewing experience.

I swear the sample at 0:13 sounds like something from the Babylon 5 soundtrack. I can't figure out which song it is exactly though.

I think the instrumental of OMD's "Enola Gay" is a perfect fit with the nuclear flask train crash footage.
