Couple reaction to Seeed- Music Monks

As per request, we are reacting to Seeed and their song Music Monks. This song combines a few different styles that we found quite unexpected and interesting. It was quite a lot of fun so take a look.

Seed is an international band from Berlin with members that have root's from around the world. It's a huge band. That's not just one singer, Peter Fox made a whole album Stadtaffe

This palace is the Wartburg (UNESCO World Heritage Site) in Eisenach / Germany. More precisely, the singers' hall "Sängersaal" at the Wartburg.
The castle is famous because Martin Luther translated the New Testament there in just 11 weeks in 1521.

Seeed has three E's because every one of the 3 main singers has an alias Ear, Eased and Enuff. Ear ist dema Nabe (sadly passed away) eased is frank dele and Enuff is Peter fox.

I think Peter Fox, the one you were talking about, actually owns his German accent I don't think he tries to hide it at all.

@@Nacho.79 When we first listened to the video no one had told us that they were german so we made an inference based on the pronunciations but it was also funny because it sounded like he was doing a typical rastafari jamacan accent while singing. it was our first time hearing it and we loved it!!

Ah thanks! I had a good laugh at you guys reacting while vibing to Seeed. Regarding my name and pronounciation... Hakl is German, "Hah"+"Kill" gets pretty close.

Seeed do have one guy whose native language is Carribbean Patois.
That explains why you associate the english bits in this track with Rastafaris. It's basically the same accent.
The german bits are just bog standard Standard German.

Also another reason why Peter Fox (The german dude doing the Rasta accent) could be hard to understand is due to the fact that he used to be sick back in the days which caused a light numbness to half of his face.
I am not sure if i Explained that right but i tried.

@WiesoNurMistnamen cited a line of Seeed lyrics. They're amazing and were playing with being criticized for Peter Fox (Enuff) being ginger and making Reggae and Dancehall music.
You should watch a live video of their's, maybe "Dancehall Caballeros". They used to be 11 band members until one of the singers passed away a couple of years ago. 11 guys making music plus those incredible dancers all on one stage is quite spectacular!
