The only aim in Rust is to survive. To do this you will need to overcome struggles such as hunger, thirst and cold. Build a fire. Build a shelter. Kill animals for meat. Protect yourself from other players, and kill them for meat. Create alliances with other players and form a town. Do whatever it takes to survive
That zombieland server has the Karen admins that copyright striked oblivion. Glad to hear they were banned

Zombie land is a great server! Super nice admins, every map is custom made from scratch. And it’s pve so monuments and lots of missions to do, it’s a great server if your not good at PvP. Also raid bases with different levels and tiers of loot. I could go on about how great it is. Didn’t know it got banned
@@via_kole yea I played on it for a week. Testing a few base ideas. I was wondering why it vanished. The only reason I can think that some of these servers got banned is there donation practices

You forgot to mention the part about harassing players to the point that an Admin had to step in and ask them to stop, which on a PvE server is almost laughable how much of a douchebag you gotta be before an Admin steps in, much less get banned. Then the whole thing was recorded and posted on Oblivion's channel for everyone to crap on the server/players/Admins for funsies. Problem was, he screwed up and forgot to remove the ZL logo that was copyrighted on the screen. Cease and desist order. Play stupid troll games, win stupid prizes.
My server was once blacklisted because I accidentally listed it as community when it was a 2x server. Servers don’t always get blacklisted for bad reasons. It can even be a mistake in a file

Wait, Tommyguns Frag server is on the blacklist? I play it all the time, its a pvp battlegrounds server, its really good.

not their real server, just their test server. probably mislabeled something to get it blacklisted on purpose, so players won't join. players running around when creating plugins and testing them can be a pain

I play tommy gun bedwars all the time...other servers that offer same as the tommy gun. The escape from rust is just like tarkov kinda fun
I recognize the Zombie Land servers, not sure why they would be in the blacklisted. I think they have been updated since this video as the names are no longer labelled #1 #2 etc. If you get the chance you might want to check them out more thoroughly, sometimes everyone needs a break from the normal pvp servers, like I did. I also recognize the Admin who you met, decent guy and pretty chill. I haven't played there for some time, I had a difference of opinion with the Owner, more of agree to disagree situation. That being said, good servers, decent admin, and pretty cool custom maps. Enjoyed the video, look forward to more.
I kind of miss playing on a low pop server with the owner/admin whom did everything he could to make people happy. This dude was the best. We had to tell him eventually though, that he was way too nice for this game lol. Guy in the video around 8:22 reminded me of him

The first one tommy guns is real they have escape from tarkov on rust in that server it’s super fun
The raid sim servers are the best lol There also not technically "banned" or tommy frags. Tommy frags moved servers and raid sim is just on modded.

I used to play on PVE zombieland before, it was a pretty nice server, raid bases and zombies and things, they have a pretty strong community idk why they got banned
They were not banned., A plugin had an infinite loop which caused the server to stall at the 5am restart. FP has an automated feature that blacklists a server that does not ping for a few hours. Simple button click to have your server re-pinged and removed from the black list. The zombie land servers just happened to have that plugin stall at 5am so it took a few hours before someone was awake to restart it. And then it was removed from the black list. This is actually a VERY common thing for servers. The issue featured in this video you can see the date was Sept of 2022.

Intoxicated Battle Royale server is one of the oldest modded servers on rust, it was literally there on release of new rust in 2015 when bolty still looked like a weird pipe

if you connect to the "Road only server" through the IP it should take you to this server fyi. PS: Maybe fix this issue I dont know if this was purposeful? But incase you dont want leaks I would fix it

i had a server called rusty nuts pure pve, seems like that why it never had a pop other than me i recon it got banned
How did a PvE server get banned?
Facepunch has an automated function that just scans for "not responding" servers. It then bans them from the server browser so as not to clutter it with the thousands of 'dead' servers out there. But up until about Dec of last year they had that script set WAY too short (like just a few hours of not responding and you were off the browser list). They have since vastly increased that timer. But anyways, all you as a server owner had to do was just click a single button to "re-ping" your server and have it removed from that blacklist. It is just a house cleaning measure to keep dead servers out of the browser. Most of these servers just had a few "no response" pings. It happens ALL the time and is quite normal. Not sure why he is trying to play it off as if these servers did something bad. His content would actually be pretty amusing if not for that misleading stance.
