Im currently practicing clay stuff now. I use honey clay specifically. My current problem imve notice with the 3 figures is getting the porportions to look right. I draw so i have a good idea. But the legs usually looks to small and the head to big working on it. But im getting it

need about 200 ~ 250g in total and it need various colors to mix color which I want to make

What kind of clay do you use? I got some super light clay on amazon and it was garbage and hard to sculpt with. I’ve always used polymer clay for sculpting so maybe not used to it. Ordered hearty clay to try. Is this a brand you would recommend for figure sculpting?
I am using air dry clay which name is "I CLAY (Korea Brand "AMOS") " but this clay is similar to that super light clay.
If you want to make detailed model, It takes a lot of practice...
I think sculpey and polymer clay are better.
The reason why I use air dry clay is it is cheap and pretty like pastel.

U use Amos clay right. It doesn't react poorly to water and can be used to blend parts?
Yes I am using AMOS I CLAY.
This clay is prone to color loss by water.
Water is limited to bright colors such as white.
0:43 I've only had limited water use here.
@@claykm ok so u can use it but limiting. Doesn't get really sticky and stick to ur hands? Is there a good way to blend in with out that happening?
So, with the base part completely hardened, add some clay to the joint and use water.
In the video, the arms and torso are completely dry.
@@claykm ooohhhh. So let it harden add a little bit of clay then water. It's hard to tell u added more clay in the video. I thought u just connected then arm to the torso then used water to blend it. I assume very little clay to attach is needed

The process is one part of the process, you have to wait for it to dry, sis. so that the finished one is not damaged

The surface begins to harden in about an hour.
