I am a motorcycle enthusiastic... I love making videos with scooters and classic motorcycles... and some how I travel a lot... and this is how travel moto exists.
I want to let you guys know that I am not the best rider ever who speaks good English and knows much about details of the bikes... I just love what I am doing and love motorcycles.
if you have knowledge about motorbikes and scooters you can be part of the videos by leaving your comments. (I read them all and visit your channels).
I travel the world for motorcycle shows with classic motorcycles and mostly scooter motorbikes such as Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki and also scooters from KYMCO, SYM, BMW etc...
I am generally fond of classic motorcycles but also of mega scooters and in the city you will find me riding small scooters or mopets (mobylette).

Never use pressurized air to clean an air filter.
The powerful stream of air will puncture micro holes in the filter element and thus cause dirt get into the engine.
Blowing from a foot away and at an angle is fine.

Great video! thanks. Didn't understand a word but didn't have too. Made perfect sense. I have a sym 300i and this really helped. I would love it if SYM shipped the 400 to the United States.

@@MrEndy74 I think it's about a quart and a half. I've only changed the oil like 4 different times and it has now over 18000 miles. But the shop has done the other oil changes which amount to about 4 so the oil has been changed about 8 times since I bought it new.
@@Elc0chin0 you dont understand my question.🙂motor oil is about 1,2 litres and gear oil is about 170 ml. I dont know is that correct. Do you know?
@@MrEndy74 ahhhh, yes motor oil 1.2 liters is about what I use, I've never changed the gear oil as yet. But it appears he put a lot 1.7 liters is what it looked like he put in the gear section.

I have a HD2, a reliable scooter with good acceleration. I wish they would sell the Citycom 300i in Singapore.
Am riding one in sgp... But there is only a few left here n which is on par with xmax... 😆😂

Hi I like the way you work Please let me know what you measure those used in the coolant Is it to know the amount of liquid or what
He measured the density/concentration of the coolant/antifreeze liquid - it shows you how well it protects your engine in freezing temperatures - his was around minus 35 degrees Celsius which is perfect :)

Diese Werkstatt ist nicht zu empfehlen, da man Ablasschrauben und Zündkerzen nur mt Drehmoment anzieht und neue Dichtringe verwendet. Auf der Rechnung stehen 2 AluDichtringe je 2,15€.

Παρατηρησα οτι υπαρχει κατι σαν λαδι στο φιλτροκουτι μεσα εκει που το σκουπιζει γτ μπορει να συμβαινει αυτο...;;;
Εστω καθυστερημένα αλλά υπάρχουν δυο περιπτώσεις:
- Στο φιλτροκούτι σου εαν υπάρχει μια τρυπούλα πέρα απο την κλασσική, τότε αυτο γίνεται γιατι χρησιμεύουν οι αναθυμιάσεις του λαδιού που γίνονται στο στροφαλοθάλαμο, ως λίπανση του φίλτρου αέρα σου. Αυτο είναι φυσιολογικό και δεν αποτελεί κάποιο σύμπτωμα βλάβης.
- Τώρα αν το λάδι είναι πολυ (για να βρισκεται στο φιλτροκούτι σου) μάλλον υπάρχει περισσότερη ποσότητα στο μοτέρ σου. Αυτο το έχω διαβάσει στο ιντερνετ δεν το έχω πάθει είναι η αλήθεια.
- Ααα, και κάτι ακόμη. Εαν το φιλτρο αέρα σου είναι σφουγγάρι, το πιο πιθανό είναι αυτος που το λάδωσε να μην το στράγγιξε πολυ καλά με αποτέλεσμα να λιμνάζει το λάδι εκει μέσα. Κακο δεν το λες αλλα και καλο δεν το λες.

No Oil-Filter?
If you look at the SYM maintenance schedule for this bike, the oil filter is changed only every other oil change.
There is no spin on filter, just a mesh screen accessed under engine near the oil fill. 17mm bolt.
