Also, sometimes ladies run ahead slightly with each step later ending in an out-of-sync position.
And for partners... Lol, they drag their ladies around :P Or better yet - start teaching at milonga.

In another video you talked about the leader nor spreading the fingers apart. I noticed everyone dancing with fingers apart. Is this a preference on your part? Should the follows keep their fingers together as well?

Interesting .. during your video i tried to retract my foot to see if I possibly do this .. but it’s actually very hard to do this mistake :-) at least for me 🙃. If I extend my leg and start transferring my weight, how and why i would come back and retract my foot ? 🤔. Is this really common mistake you see at the Milonga?
