That was inspiring. Dang, this style of ramp riding looks so much better than what their doing today. Adding Flatland to ramp makes the difference. Thanks for this edit.
Honestly, how does he even come up with these tricks?? 3:10 Undertaker as a liptrick? this is not creativity - this is something else......Wish I could control my bike like RR.......keep up the great work. Steve from Germany
It is kinda weird mix of flatland and street, but what he shown here is pretty interesting. At most you see that he loves to ride and he has a feeling for his 20" bike. That's what it's all about. It's not fame. Your the enemy in your own brain. Realize what you think and think about how to realize it. BMX is such a great sport. And, besides that, you are very close to the universe 😅because if you don't realize what you do and what you did wrong you will have instant pain. But you don't want to have this, you want success. So you try again. Unless you realize you are one with the machine to defeat physical laws. Just some outlines from me about the best time I ever had in my life. Thanks, Bicycle Moto Cross - BMX
Rob is still a hidden gem of the bike world. Literally the best liptricks still to this day. So advanced that even the majority of bike riders struggle to comprehend the difficulty of some of his tricks, if this wasn't true Rob would have a huge following. This is why flatland will remain unpopular to the many.
This proves, incorperating old tricks makes everything only better. His flatland was more fun to watch for me than the new shit that is the same since 20 years now
Would my old GT pro freestyle tour frame hold up better today in this style or the Haro Team Master frames from the late 80’s early 90’s? I miss that bike. I was riding it before Dennis Mcoy became a free agent in 89/90 and saw him on the cover of BMX Plus with the GT frame and Haro Team Master handle Bars so I put the Haro bigger handle bars on my GT and it looked and felt so much better. I did love riding my buddies Team Master though. That was back when I was working on spinning, funky chickens, hang 5’s and whip lashes!
New R.R vid! I am so happy right now!! Front brake revolution kiddies! Decided im calling in sick tomorrow and getting my turndown mowers dialed back in!
I had to check the date because I was in doubt anyone would be using front brakes today and of course it's a 7 years old video. Break tricks are a lot more fun to watch than the barebones stuff we see today.
Rick M is friend of mine from way back my skating days at Rampage skate park...Love Standard bikes and Rick and jessy
BMX will always be the raddest form of bike riding.
As a 44 yewr old bmxer wondering what to learn next -

Haha! Once more, you got me shakin' my head in amazement, Rob! Brilliant stuff.

I thought the tune sounded like Alex Kapranos was on vocals, then realised it was FFS 'Look at Me'... Cool. :)

Mullet man's still busting some sick manouvres. Not wearing the British Knights anymore though. Respek!

Super rad!
So, so good...
so inspring, thank you!!!
you know of any other locking brake levers beside the tech 77 , be great if they had something with a smoother locking button that was cnced
Love this!🤘😎
This is so badass.

WOW!
YES
soooo wiiiild
awesome
What are the benefits of smaller bars, besides less weight?
Barspins are easier. Turndowns are harder with narrow bars in my opinion
Got it wired!

Damn!
What slack degree do you use on your z coaster??
Not a Z coaster - old Profile shell made by Profile for Nankai free coaster hubs (circa 2005)
Savage
See how great bmx can be when you run full brakes and exhibit individual style?
Fucking RAD!!!
You could have won gold at 2023 x games street with these tricks. I know your all flat but street could be a nice change
A helmet is $30. Far cheaper than a crushing medical bill
