I dont believe in deleting public UGC as a whole. Its always nice to see the actually creative and good accessories people make, but what public UGC needs is stricter moderation. Instead of an AI checking if its okay, Every public UGC should be checked by a human. To prevent for example, doing a loophole where you create an innapropriate accessory and then name it as something innocent that looks similar to what it is.
if roblox deletes public ugc, they are honestly going bankrupt. a better solution would be getting better moderators in their team that actually do their job.
They should do like a monthly thing like a UGC lockdown, where they disable UGC making for a period of time and while that is disabled, they moderate all the stuff. idk lol
