Thank you for all this, and especially for putting these in chapters -- that's super handy. And you provide a great level of detail in describing all the differences. It would be nice if one bag had all the elements I like, for example the outer design and feet of the Sydney, the zipper pulls and interior design of the Fiona, and the top handle elements of the Rachel. Unless I want to get into leatherworking, though, I guess I'm out of luck! The PVC element of Fossil bags turn me off of them, personally. I love a good thick leather handle (kind of spoiled by vintage Coach in this regard) so to me PVC feels cheap and like it's going to flake or crack over time. Have you observed this kind of issue with any of your Fossil bags?
Thank you for such a useful video. I recently bought the Rachel in a sale and I'm so glad I did, it is gorgeous. I love that the short handles are on a loop, because it means they can be rolled downwards and they stay down. Love to see that it has the biggest pockets too, I definitely made the right choice :) :D I disliked the long strap because it's too skinny (cuts into shoulder) and got a patterned one instead :)

I haven't yet had the PVC on my bags crack, even on the Fossil Kinley that I use really roughly for travel!
Great comparison video. TFS! 🤗
