Hi... could you please share details about the fan blade size diameter in inches and rpm of the motor installed? Many reviewers are silent about this important specification. Even the Amazon and Flipkart page of this product doesn't mention it.

The motor does not cools the water. It only pumps the water onto the mesh and the cool air is blown. If you are at a location with very high temperature, putting some ice is required at alright. Also make sure, water level in the cooler is sufficient and most importantly keep the cooler at a good ventilated place.
Thank you so much. The smell is expected to stay for sometime when it’s new. It will go away eventually. After filling water for the first time and using it for few hours, I would suggest to drain out the water completely as that might have some pieces of loose mesh or plastic in it. Open the back cover > Spray some water using a pressurized garden pipe/faucet or simply put water using a mug until all the particles are also drained out completely and the container is clean. That way the smell should go away early.
It is 18 floors above and has been working good up to 37 degrees C so far. So, please ensure the room has good ventilation. If it is too hot, you can put some ice in the water as well. Difference can be felt up to 10-12 degrees. So some relief. But if you are living in a humid climate, I wouldn’t recommend coolers but go for an air conditioner.
The main reason is the humidity level, it must be under 75% otherwise you won't feel any cooling. Water based cooler works by evaporating the water in air. Cross ventilation is must.

Hi! Dono ke specifications aur features online compare kariye. Agar same hai toh rakh lene me koi problem nahi hogi.

Very useful video ,we have bought this cooler .but there is a straw smell coming from the mesh ,will it go off after some time ?

In which floor are you using? I think it will not do any cooling on 3rd(topmost) floor whose floor receives direct sunlight.
