I also had abnormal cells removed 6 weeks after having my first child iv had normal results for the past 12 years .its really important to get checked and get your smear test .

I love weekly vlogs. It's nice seeing some things follow through in a way that can be missed with more occasional daily vlogging. Leaving the window open can lead to being cold, which can lower your immune system a little. But colds don't ride on the winds. The scarf is super adorable. I love that look, and have been doing a similar style myself lately.

I did just want to say that if you’re in the US, most insurance will cover a smear test before 25, and here they actually recommend you start having them around age 21. I even had my first at 20 because of some serious concerns I had about my down there, and they also found cells that had to be removed. All I have to say about that is that it’s important to know your body and not be afraid to advocate for your own health!

Google docs does the exact same thing as pages with comments, really handy! And the advantage of google docs is not having to work in versions, the current document is always the current one. And no remembering to back up.

I had abnormal cells like you and had to have them removed 10 years ago and after the five years yearly tests I now pay for one every year between the standard nhs ones as my mum had cervical cancer due to the length of time abnormal cells were left. I really want professional editors to look at my work with fresh eyes. Because that’s my baby, I see no wrong in it so it’s difficult to change it😂 I’m in the process of editing as much as possible on my own so I can start sending my children’s fiction novel off to agents! Nervous, really nervous about it!

I was diagnosed with severe cervical dysplasia (even had to go to Dana Farber Cancer Institute for a second opinion), and had to get a cone leep biopsy. I haven't had a test done in at least a decade. I used to go every six months, but then my insurance ran out, and I just didn't think about it. I really should go.
I do find it a bit funny when you talk about Oliver being away for 5 days, my bf works at sea so he's away for 5 months at a time. He does fork out for the wifi so we can talk but it's not that reliable. Letters are a good idea, and little voice mails!
i just performed 13 the musical with my local theatre company, even though i was ensemble it is now one of my favourite musicals, alongside heathers & footloose and it makes me happy that there are a lot of people in this comment section & carrie loves 13 even though it’s soo underrated ❤️❤️

My gynecologist does the smear test (we call them Pap smears in the US) at 21 and I just had my appointment a few days before my 21st birthday so I didn’t have to have it done. Bit of a relief to be honest. I’ll be back for it next year though!

I had my smear test yesterday, a little uncomfortable but glad it is done for another 3 years.
Wait... You only go every three years? I get a smear test done once a year here in Germany 🤔
