God Bless and Keep Her, Liza has been through so much , I hope we can allow her peace in her golden years she do deserves some happiness, no one knows what she has endured in her lifetime.
I went to her show at Hines Hall in Pittsburgh PA. It was amazing one of the best performances of an actor singer that I’ve ever been to. Probably the best one woman show that I’ll ever see again.
I used to play in a lot of rock bands during the 80s and 90s. When I would be having conversations with people some would ask, What’s the best live performance you ever saw. They would always expect some classic rockers or 80s band. I’d say Liza Minnelli. Hands down! The looks on some of those peoples faces would leave them with their mouths open. 😂
Great to know more about legendary epic! Liza She is so admired by those who admire her. And the causes she has donated too are just so kind and giving, like her talent!!
She was married to an amazing entertainer Peter Allen who I met after his performance at the Pantages in Hollywood. The personal loss I beleive they're speaking of the AIDS was Peter. Such an amazing unique voice he had and look up YOU HAVEN'T HEARD THE LAST OF ME my favorite song dedicated to me by a partner I lost.
Absolutely fantastically talented lady, Cabaret is one of my favourite films, her stage presence is incredible. Would have loved to have seen her live on stage but as I live in UK not easy. Hope she is having an easier and more comfortable life in her golden years ❤
Some of the most dynamic and exciting shows I've seen were of Liza. In Vegas and my city. No one is her equal singing New York, New York. It was written for HER! I've seen a few of today's singers try, and fail. Today's audiences are dumbed down to real entertainment and settle for pitch correction and auto-tune. Liza was raw, pure talent. FYI...some pictures here are NOT Liza. That's LI-ZA!!
Why does this video keep showing imitators and impersonators of Lisa? There are billions of pictures of Liza Minnelli, you should use those instead, not fake Liza’s
I saw her in the Fantastics at a theater in Westbury LI. I sat next to her before the show started at a coffee shop next to the theater. I must have been 15 at the time and she must have been 18.
Those pictures of her Manhattan building is INCORRECT! That building showing is on 65th street not 69 st. I know since I worked in the Post Office &knew her address!
This video is totally inaccurate! Among other misstatements, Manhattan House is shown instead of Imperial House. They are two totally different buildings !
Wait a minute. I thought she moved Judy's casket out here to California so she could be near her grave. I heard she lives in Los Angeles, and plans on being laid to rest beside her mother at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery. Makes no sense she'd be living in New York again. Not going to bother watching the video. They're a big waste of time. Oh, and btw, Liza is 78, not 79. Born in Los Angeles, March 12, 1946.
She could never top her role as Sally in Cabaret. A movie I have watched many times. Just glad they didn't try to make it a message movie since it was staged at the beginning of the Nazis. They showed a few scenes with Nazis but didn't go overboard about it. The opening scenes are great except they kept panning away from the nightclub scene to show whatshisname arriving in Berlin when I wanted to watch the show. Directors often do stunts like this for some reason.
Basicly a life on the top of the world...and still, the luckiest movie stars often fall on to depression, alcohol, rage, frustration and..nothintness. What if she had to be someone else? She never tried to imagine how things work when you are not a Minelli daughter of Judy Garland. She could try to find out, what if... all her fate had to take a completely different direction. Having everything seems annoying.. therefore trying to be creative is like turning back to life, starting all over. Maybe trying to teach kids acting or singing or playing...compared to Clint Eastwood that just can not give up being in action...yeah, action is the key word guys 🎉❤🎉 Merry Christmas & Happy New Year of love for freedom of expression and helping up young talents...do something
Alrighty, now is it “Leeza” or is it “Liza”? And “koolinary”? Never heard that before. What is wrong with the people who release these things? They never check them out before they release them. Ugh. Disgusting.
This video is stupid. They show a house that she doesn’t even live in and has had many owners since. A nyc apartment that has been sold, yet they didn’t show current home. How nice her rolls Royce was given to her. I was at a benefit she was doing and a guy went to touch her arm to say he really enjoyed her work and Liza screamed at him don’t touch me.i use to go to studio 54 all the time. She was always drugged out. Hopefully she’s clean and sober now don’t think her body could take much more abuse.
I've seen her in her prime on stage and she was the ultimate, talented entertainer, next to Elvis as far as just working hard on stage. I have seen her after a show in her suite in Vegas and she was very nice. Had a picture taken with her. I have seen her backstage in my city and she was very nice. My relative in NYC was out with her and a bunch of people, and though she was not physically as she was, he liked her a lot. She has been ailing physically for many years, likely due to how much she moved and danced on stage. I don't deny she seemed to have some substance abuse problems at various times in her life. I wouldn't take anything for my pleasure of seeing her in person on stage. Just an amazing performer. AGREE, this is a really pathetic excuse for a video on Liza.
This channel always tries to sound so sophisticated with these so-called long, complicated words but you can get the same meaning across without trying to sound important, if that makes sense. Just trying to make the video longer i guess.
WOW! Liza has won an Emmy, a BAFTA, an Oscar, a Grammy, 3 Tony's and 2 Golden Globes. You must have never seen her work herself crazy on stage, in person. She made today's so-called stars look second rate, with most using pitch correction and auto-tune to audiences that don't seem to care. Today's "talent" does not compare to what we used to have. Next to Elvis, I have never seen anyone work harder on stage. Amazing entertainer.
Liza with a Z! Great talent and legend in her own time, but remember, "It doesn't matter how big your home is, how many degrees you have after your name or the fancy car you drive, we all end up in the same place in the end....so stay humble"....old Irish proverb! Food for thought~
Never talk about someone's money--it's massively tacky. Don't call a house a "home" No one lives in a "home" they live in a house. Bad grammar and pretentious.
You are absolutely not correct! Wealth people love to talk about on their wealth and their mansions. It like their trophies of success in their lives!!!
Although Liza is a multimillionaire , she tried to toss her father's widow out of the house the widow had a legal right to occupy. . The woman was in her 90s and frail. Neighbors of her father's widow paid for a lawyer for her , to prevent her from becoming destitute and homeless. The house was on Sunset BLVD. near the Beverly Hills hotel. The house is now an ugly hidious persian palace.
Liza was and is a gifted, iconic legend!
God bless her!
I saw her twice. One time in Central Park and another time on Stage, I forgot what theater, and she was electric.
God Bless and Keep Her, Liza has been through so much , I hope we can allow her peace in her golden years she do deserves some happiness, no one knows what she has endured in her lifetime.

With Judy Garland literally coursing through her veins how could we expect anything less. The Wizard of Oz is my favorite childhood book.
Yeah she did it her way💪🏽

😂 I was wondering too!

AI crap.
I think they are all Lisa. They look slightly different because of all the plastic surgery she has had done.
Plus she is getting older.
@@incog99skd11none of these images were AI. You can tell when it is AI. It looks fake and often times there are weird things like six fingers, etc.

"Liza Turns out a light".
Talented and gifted but this narrative is boring!
Liza with a Z is gifted just like her mother Judy was both them are loved the around world.

I met her in 1977 having drinks with her father at a popular gay bar in Hollywood on LA Cienaga
Love that house
It's not "Leeza," as you said. It's "Liza."

Leeza Minnelli ???
She's 78 !not 79 ! 1946 !
78 born 1946

I didn't watch this all the way thru. I hate these thrown together videos with AI voice USING a famous person's life just to get hits and likes.
She hasnt lived in Manhattan in years.
What a great idea. Let’s mispronounce names and then show other people while speaking of Liza. This is not the Liza I know. What a fraud.

Personally, I thought her career/ singing was overrated! The only movie I liked was (Arthur) I have a right to my opinion and taste.
Or lack of taste....(Arthur? seriously?)
