    Another great video Dane.
Talking about the U joint problem, I had a through shaft break. The rear drive axle was making a lot of noise. I just removed the rear drive shaft, locked in the power divider and drove not very far, I was driving a Ford LNT 9000 truck stopped at a Ford truck dealership had them replace the through shaft. I went to a motel, got to the dealership about 8 am the next day and it was ready to go. They did replace a U joint. As well.
My problem wasn't as bad as his was. But I carried tools with me, even though it was a day cab truck.

Talking about winding thru traffic smoothly! Billy seems to be a unique character & probably has many wonderful stories! I’ve tried to get him on FB with no luck so far, but I’m waiting. He reminds me of my oldest brother in some ways. I hope he had a good, easy ride back home. You have a good thought on sleeping over…Grab a bunk & stay warm N cozy. Cannonball Breakdown…it has a ring to it. You’re right, there aren’t too many original ‘66 KW cabovers out there. Glad you’re doing another show next year. The Dyin Breed Show is this weekend…WOW! Before the interstates, US40 was the route, and it uses about a mile of Ohio 48 in Englewood, and back then there was some kind of old pre-interstate type of truck stop along that stretch of 48, operated by the same guy who built and ran the Golden Eagle.
