Of i ever get the chance to meet this genuine legend, all i could probably say is thank you for your efforts and honesty. A rare human by todays standards.
His intensity is what made him the competitor he is, he may not have been the most likable bloke back in the early days, but he sure did give it a shake whenever he was on track. I was never a Moffat fan back when I was growing up but the media were trying to make him out to be John McEnroe, and he just wasn't, as an adult looking back at the history, watching these interviews, you get to realize how much of a true gentleman he was.
I'm a holden guy but Alan Moffat is someone who I look up to and respect greatly.
Thank U Mr Alan Moffat
What a humble gentleman
I'm very happy that I have met this man!

You're not gettin' 'im back!
Even now I can sense his determination, drive and discipline.... he must have been a hard man
One of my all time hero's.
He was in my humble opinion a silent achiever ....
Dick Johnson Allen Moffat Peter Brock would have to be heroes in that eara
Just a great racing car driver, and statesman ,of motor racing this man can drive.
I'm sure that Mr.Moffat's been forgiven for his intense persona.
