It's a complex composition, made up of several layers, vocal and instrumental. But it's successfully integrated into one story, with a little but meaningfull lyrics, so to speak, historical. This first old instrument is called gajde( ggaaide), there are many old instruments included. It IS called "The valley of tears". " Mother Earth , the only one, mother Earth don't you cry." You can tell that it is the story about past- our oldest letters, oldest instruments , old way of singing - oikache. It is not sad, though it is a sort of lament for the old days.This is the song about love for all the people , humanity, mother Earth, about hope in better tommorow. Today is the orthodox Easter, we went to church this morning , lit candles for the living and dead, throw the old red egg into the river and put the new one in it's place. The first red painted egg is the house keeper and collects the negative energy in the house, so the old one has to with the water stream, to take it far away and wash it. Then we rub the kids' cheeks with the red egg to be healthy. We then crack the eggs , it's an" egg battle" the one that does not crack is the winner. The egg is the old symbol of creation included in christianity. Then we have lamb meat on the table( any animal without wings for happiness not to fly away ) and red wine. And right now , I am just chilling and watching the video😅Hristos voskrese!( Jesus resurrected). Checking out🎉
Vidiš a ja sam čuo da srbi uglavnom ne spremaju živinu jer ide unazad i kljuca, valjda to predstavlja unazađivanje i nesreću, barem sam tako čuo da se za božić ne sprema živina, za vaskrs ne znam.

The most famous are Charles Cather from the USA and Thiago Ferreira from Brazil from Rio, who learned the Serbian language perfectly and now speaks it better than most Serbs! Here are the lyrics...just a few words. In those few words, that is, two verses that are repeated throughout the song, the history of the Serbian people is condensed... difficult and tragic..but also the indestructibility of the Serbian people.

The first instrument called gajde (gayde with 'g' pronounced like in green) is actually pipes similar to Scottish pipes. Gajde is Serbian traditional instrument typical for Balkans. Later on you can see gusle, the string instrument with one cord. Traditionally it is used to orally pass on folk stories at gatherings and around the fireplace. The flute is a wooden instrument used in traditiinal music, but also played by shepherds while tending the animals at pastures.

Instrumentul muzical la noi se cheamă "cimpoi". Poetul roman Ovidiu , acum 2000 de ani, exilat in cetatea Tomis (Constanța de azi), îl descria și spunea că geții (dacii) erau obsedați de el, cântând ziua și noaptea , fapt ce îl exaspera😂

It's a contemporary song in the traditional Serbian folk style. As much as I love traditional music, the sound production is amateur-level horrid, even though these are professional musicians, and some of the vocals are terribly off pitch. The composition is also unsynchronised, with a lot of unconnected parts, yet flat, and rather anti-climactic.
As for the instrument that you asked about, the gajde (pronounced guy-deh) are the Serbian version of bag-pipes. The wooden flute is called frula (pronounced froo-lah). The beat is 7/8 which is typical of Serbian traditional music.

Our people should start telling the untold ancient or medieval Serbian history through the music, unfortunately they try to do something like Americans in their bad movies, either due to the lack of confidence or imagination or knowledge. They make fake narratives about some Roman past some Roman inscriptions unknown tombs😢... Every Serbian song of this type should be telling a story about Serbian past, the song is great but the movie scene is terrible😮.
Yes , you are right. There should be Vinchan letters , the graves of our kings with Tribali signs on their graves , serbian graves - krajputaši... But if you take the fact that the first people who lived in today's Italy were not those who came from north Africa - Romans or Hellens , but people from today's Serbia. They called themselves Raseni, not Etruscans, had wolf as their animal as Serbs do and wrote Vinchan. Both latin and cirilic letters derived from vinchan letters . Though the people who called themselves Romans murdered Etruscans on Apennines, their best army consisted of our people. That is why we had 18 Emperors of our origin, they proved themselves in battles. And that is why those who called themselves Hellens , but came from Egypt, Danayans should be most exact term , married our women. But that is another story.
