After seeing this fresher meet up....... I noticed our TIPRASA teenagers or youths have no confidence, no knowledge how to behave and communicate in stage and answers the questions. Mostly foolishness attitudes and uselessly smiling. Their body posture and body language is not good.

Nothing but an organised form of ragging and extortion. I wonder what is the outcome of such activities, what has these freshers thing achieved for newly joined students? They are just students let them be. But no, we are seniors so we'll ask them to dance, sing, do this do that. Why? Who are you? an India's got talent judge? If meet and greet is the goal, just do it. Instead of doing all these nonsense why not start helping the new students in terms of subjects orientation, help them better understand the college, the courses and opportunities.
