Ganymede is versatile for me where i just adjust the number of sprays. But yes that mineralic note works great in the spring and lasts a very long time

Is it just me who has experienced this with Ganymede, but have you heard of anyone saying that it has almost a sweaty BO smell to it? I think it’s the saffron, and I have tried it on skin multiple times
@@ericg6945 that is possible as fragrances respond to our skin. Tbh, ive heard this about cumin note but not for saffron though
Ambra calabria's opening reminds me of Varvatos artisan pure but, a better niche version, perfect for spring.
I would have to say Xerjoff Renaissance is still the king for me 😀

My Etruscan Water arrived today (I bought it after some testing). What a great perfume, for me it has a peach chypre vibe despite peach not being listed
Enjoy that wonderful fragrance! Interesting that you get a peach vibe from it, just shows that we all perceive fragrances differently
@@ScentedMoments maybe this peach thing is crazy but generally people on basenotes and fragrantica seem to interpret Etruscan Water differenty, even more so than other frags- some say it's very chypre-ish, some say not at all, some say it's very feminine, others that it's very masculine leaning

On my skin it projects well in the first couple of hours, but then sits close to the skin. I would advise you to sample it or try it out on store first 😉

Fragrance question - during the summer 2013 or 2014, I was in Europe at a music festival. At the last concert, a guy walked by and had the most unbelievable and intoxicating scent on and I have been in search of it ever since.
The fragrance reminded me so much of HERMES Jardin en Mediterranee but amplified, richer, a bit more masculine. It was green , had a hidden sour note, there was a fruity sweetness but was clearly more manly and just turned heads every time he walked by.
Any ideas what this fragrance was?

O Cafe Tuberosa é tipo Tom Ford Noir de Noir, com café, mais cremoso e airoso.

@@ScentedMoments enjoativo, parece café vomitado..... Eu devo ter prai 55... Mas tenho stocks de perfumes que adoro.... Como por exemplo o armani attitude, intoxicated Kilian, black phanton, Azzaro visit, zino davidoof vintage, body kouros yves saint laurent vintage.

I would say strictly unisex. However, it may lean fem if you are not into tuberose. But it's a wonderful scent: a bit boozy, tropical floral with hay and tobacco 👌

I don't get Ganymede at all, it reminds me of rat poison ! Its just a strong harsh cologne to me.
