Creativity is so delicate a flower that praise tends to make it bloom
❣️The colors! The balance! It’s simply eye candy 🍭 thanks Chris 💎
Thank you🍬
Chris thank you so much. I went straight to Etsy and bought them all. They’re just beautiful and you colored them beautiful. I will treasure them. I will also have them framed. They will look great on the wall. I will give all credit to you. Thank you again.🥰🥰🥰🥰
Thank you☺️❤️
Your colouring is amazing, Chris. I so wish I had the time, patience and calming music to do that. Beautiful!!!
I absolutely love the colours. This is a very soft colour pallet. Thank you Chris for teaching us . I am so grateful.😊😊😊🌸
Absolute perfection Chris. Spiritual food for the soul. I'll put the three faces to one side and do this first. I have done one face and the wolf.🤗
Thank you 🥰

Chris, I have been following your channel since the days of “Enchanted Forest”. You are an absolutely awesome artist, you need to put out your own coloring book! Omg I would buy it in a heartbeat!
I still go back and rewatch her older videos when I just need some peace and beauty. :)
Very beautiful peonies. I love it!
Absolutamente fantástico, bello trabajo Christ, gracias por tanta ayuda para los que estamos aprendiendo contigo💕🙏🏽Mil bendiciones 🎉

That is so beautifully colored.
Amazing.........wow..
Breathtakingly beautiful, Chris!
Thank you Mayumi
You are the absolute best!
Chris, your work is so incredibly beautiful, I wish you could do a tutorial on the way you do your pencil strokes, it’s like puntillism (dotting?) but not! I’ve watched your videos in slow motion and I still don’t get it! I know it’s talent but perhaps you can create some practice pages of different pencil strokes? I would absolutely buy them!
Yazmin, I am not sure you are understanding pointillism/dotting correctly. That is where you take your pencil, pen, marker and literally make up and down movements to get the dots that create the pointillism. Chris doesn’t do that. You said you have slowed her down, but what is the speed that you have slowed for down to? I find that the 0.5 speed, (at least for Chris) is the speed that probably closest resembles actual speed and when watching her at that speed, you will see that she isn’t going up and down very often. She typically uses circular and/or ovals, as well as short strokes. Not sure how much that will help, but try watching her at 0.5 speed and see if that will help you see what she’s doing better...(if you aren’t already using that speed). Hope that helps at least some!
@@FernCurtis thank you! I’ll try that speed! She does such beautiful work it’s a shame she does not go into her techniques in more detail!
The only thing I can get from these types of videos (apart from admiring her talent) is the colors she uses, as a newbie that is not enough!
I agree. Would love a tutorial as well as to how you choose your palate. I get overwhelmed and don't know where to start.
@@yazosoyo ...you’re welcome! I think, although I could be wrong, that the reason why Chris doesn’t talk is because of her nationality....she responds in English fine, but the written word is much different than speaking it...she is from Malaysia or I think that’s where she’s either from or lives. Yazmin, I know it’s frustrating for new colorists to understand this level of coloring, but that is also because you are just starting out and have so much to learn....just know that this type of coloring is something that isn’t possible when starting out...the best thing to do is watch and learn as much as you can and look upon it as an inspiration as a goal to reach at some point. You see, here’s the thing....if you truly want to improve there is a whole range of things that can take years to build up to. Let me explain what I mean. I started coloring a little over 4 years ago. I found Chris about a year into it. At the time, I didn’t think I would ever reach the level of what she was doing at that time...But, here I am and while I still haven’t completely reached that level, I am starting to....BUT the other thing is this, 3 years have passed not only for me, but for Chris as well...and I can say for an absolute certainty that she has progressed way beyond what she was doing 3 years ago....but she has been coloring a very long time too....I don’t remember for sure, but I think she had coloring at least three years, if not more back then...so at a minimum she’s been doing it for 6 years....and it’s like anything else in life...like an apprentice at a job, he/she can’t expect to know or do what someone whose been doing it for a year, two years, 4 years and so on can...be patient! As long as you are willing to learn and have the desire to improve you will, but it takes time, patience and practice...nothing else will do it for you ...just as anything else in life, it takes those things to learn anything new, coloring included. 😊 (P.S. If you want to see another incredible artist who also is an incredible colorist...but who does her videos in real time, you might (if you haven’t already found her) take a look at Monja @ Color My Dreams).
@@FernCurtis YT has a very handy dandy subtitling feature... just sayin' ;)

🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸
If so, I don’t know how you do that!
Hi Chris... I am. From italy.. Can you tell me the name of this book? Thank you ❤️
l was just wondering…..where l can obtain this picture?
Can someone please tell me what pen is used for doing the yellow dots on the inside of the little cherry blossom flowers here? Want to have this pen but can't see what Chris is using nor does it state this on the video.
Thank you!
from what it looks like to me, first it's a white uniball signo gel pen, then for the yellow dots it's a yellow posca paint pen
🤗
Is it just me or does your head not touch the page?
omg
