This clarified quite a few things, been in SL 16 years and remember them introducing subscriptions which didn't appeal, far too many net companies made it very difficult to unsubscribe. It was a good look at the options, which one doesn't see if you have only rented.
@LunaSims33 well I've enjoyed the freedom to take in my Sky Dens and go on hiatus without wasting money. Linden marketed homes, but those estates are very unappealing. In my view landscaping is for nature & gardens and not the fugly grandiose residences people create, which have ruined once beautiful waterside areas with buildings that belong on flat sky platforms.
My spot I’m pretty happy with but I have seen some eye sores for sure. I wanted a more community feel but you won’t always get that when you own your own 😊
@LunaSims33 I have found you need to have a plan B, not rely totally on community, usually people start forming cliques and then factions who have power battles. So I like my independent place, but try and be regular in a few public places to mix socially.
@@RobBCactive oh i just mean i like community like it looks like a town/city to do my own thing. i have my own land i made look like some curb appeal but i have a beach house in miami i get for free for blogging for them so i can get a city feel/story line

I’ve enjoyed having my own space and leaving and not forgetting to pay rent. Happy this cleared up a lot 🫂

So happy that it has how are you liking it?
@@LunaSims33 I’m still deciding exactly how I want my rp experience to be
Is it going to be a one time payment?
Yes when you buy land and stay in your allowed tier land own. If you go over it’s monthly real money.
Hi, im interested on buying your land :)
It was sold a few months ago but I know the people who bought the two spots have it abandoned now so it will be a lot cheaper buying from linden labs
Here is one of my old plots now open/abandonded maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Fenland%20East/74/154/29
@@LunaSims33 thank u :)
