That is one of my favorite books. For some reason, it's having a comeback. It was out before "Essentialism" and it's much clearer. Congratulations to whoever reads (and implements) this gem!
I find myself putting off work much more often when there are two or more big long-term tasks I have to work on. Can't wait until I graduate so outside of my 9-5, I have one long-term goal only
Rather difficult to achieve during the 30,40,50... years of age. raising children and working times, when everything is entangled. It's much easier from experience to experience and practice it once one retired.
Focusing on one thing at a time is not only key to success but also to simplifying our lives. Asking the right questions can truly lead us to extraordinary outcomes.

I feel like I have a balanced life. It's all about organizing my day.
This is one of my favorite personal development books I’ve ever read.

So thankful for the great content, helps me in so many ways.
Great vid, as always. Happy to follow. Although, you are going to have to pay attention to wind advisories with that loft of hair up there!
Great video man

Homeostasis in physical health is imperative though to mental health. This keeps everything in the balance. Get toxic people outta life! Enjoy!

ADHD isn’t a disadvantage in that regard.
