No Crown, Robinsons, Duke of York, Laverys, The Empire. I'd go to any of these before going to any of those in the video. Kellys - we used to go there when we wanted a quiet pint and game of chess but now its just for tourists, White's Tavern - just no... sticky tables and sticky floor. Bittles - mid week pint cus otherwise it's just too small.
One of the effects of the English occupation of Ireland, Scotland, and Wales is that their people are second-class citizens in the UK.and their languages are absent in international forums.F.Northberg

Bittles bar (1968, theatrical clientele) . Victorian design
Kelly cellars (traditional) 1720.
White's tavern - 1630 - (on trading road) old oyster rooms. Oldest pub (?)
The dirty onion - 1870
Mchughs - in oldest building. Live music.
Excellent wee video. Very informative. Well done. Best wishes from the Belfast Castlereagh hills.

What happened to the "Crown" and "Robins"?beside each other always asking for troubles because one was frequented by P and others by C?
they are both still there but would be seen as tourist traps
