I know this video is nine years old, just wonder if the procedure has changed at all since this was filmed. I'm considering having one because I've had persistent, regional pain that has gradually gotten worse, extreme discomfort when trying to sleep at night, and I'm concerned that my doctor doesn't have a clue what to do. She wants me to go to a urologist. I think it may be something else because it radiates down my leg, in my hip, around my back, in my lower abdomen and sometimes even down the other leg.
Sometimes less is more. I've already had many tests and acutely aware of why. All I wanted to know was the dry, basic procedure that I will be undergoing, not the why. This video appealed to my logical side, as I wasn't interested in consulting Dr. Google for further diagnosis of my condition, I have oncologists reviewing all of my test results for that, which I will be consulting with within days of this hopefully final test I need to have done to reveal the extent of my illness. And finally start moving forward with possible treatment options. Thank you
I am having this done because there are indications that my cancer has metastasized. Although I appreciate the demonstration so I know what will happen, I hope that you are a little more aware that patients like myself are afraid of a devastating diagnosis and much more anxious. Not just 'another procedure'
Mi tío, I was in fire inside, I was feeling like I was boiling, it was horrible ! And I scare to do it again ! I have to ask what kind of equipments they have, this is more modern! I was in a tube for ten minutes, completely inside, boiling myself!
Our lecturer showed us this video in our Bone Imaging class, SUPER informative ! thanks
Thank u for sharing because I'm scheduled for week and had no idea about how it's done.
Like the humor in the filming

LMAO
Does anyone else find it hilarious that there is a dummy on the other side of the room in the same outfit laying down? 😂😂😂😂
I just took a nap while I was in it 😂😂😂
It would be so nice if people would learn the difference between "lie" and "lay," which they SHOULD have done in about the third grade ...
What IS the difference
Adding a bit of levity to the situation would help the patient, in my opinion. Still, this is a great video from 5 years ago.
What a condescending tech.
Shouldn't be laughing and such, it's a serious thing for first time people doing something like this.
I couldn't.. this guy talked to her like she was mentally slow
Is Gracie on the spectrum? Why is he speaking like she is?
ROFL this is so awkward
Prismatic Polymathist goole
Dude trying to hard why is he speaking to her and the camera like he’s educating children just speak like a normal adult.
