200 feet, 170 foot first drop, 175 foot second drop, and i love the lack of trim brakes
There’s a trim after the helix.

The trims are usually never activated. I visit 20+ times a year and very rarely do they have trims on. If they do, you can barely feel the difference in speed.

There is also a twin roller coaster in Texas it’s called the titan it has an extra helix
Benny Sanchez titan and Goliath are way different because 1 Goliath is better duh

Speed: really fast

It is not and never was the tallest goliath at magic mountain was the biggest until the fury arrived in carowinds
The big drop is 175 feet but the structure is 200ft and the track length is 4,000ft-4,500 feet
I'm not used to seeing a B&M Hyper without a MCBR. Haven't had a chance to ride this baby yet, but my favorite B&M Hyper still belongs to Nitro!
I agree. Goliath proves no brakes in the middle can be done. Nitro is my favorite too

That’s my home park the ride has such good dispatch time that even when the line is long it usually takes no longer then a 15 min wait time at night close to closing time you can honestly jump on and off easy I think my record was 15 times in a row one night

I rode 17 times when I went last week, 15 of them were in a row. There were so few people waiting to get on that I got to stay on the train for like 7 turns in a row. It’s amazing to ride it at night

I want to know. How do you get permission to record on the ride? Every time I attempt to use a gopro, phone, or anything else (even when the gopro is on a chest harness and literally cannot come off) they do not let me record video. Plus there are signs everywhere. So, how do you obtain permission? I want to know! I make videos as a side job as well as for my family and personal use, and it frustrates me to no end. Would love to learn your secrets.
Aaron Waggoner you have to obtain permission through the corporate office media relations, and depending on who owns the park that you want to film at it can take a while. Typically request for filming for personal use will not be approved. Channels, like Theme Park Review, are a form of marketing and advertising so that is why they can film on a ride. There are also many restrictions, such as the general public cannot be on the ride if camera equipment of any kind is in use to protect the park of liability.
For handheld stuff like this, I would think it would have to be a closed event with everybody agreeing not to sue, or else Robb has his own liability insurance? Otherwise for mounted stuff the risks are low, but still not worth it to allow joe public to come on with cameras. Besides safety there is the potential for disruption.

The last time I rode the Galiath, I was 10 years old. I am now 17 years old, I plan on riding it soon. Honestly, riding the galiath at the age of 10 scared the shit out of me 😂😂 I remember when my butt would lift up away from the seat, I thought I was gonna fall out of the seat lol

I didn't get to meet the crew but I was here the same day TPR came to SFOG. I was scared the forecast was going to rain us out but we went anyway and were welcome with virtually no lines.

Yeah, that first drop was the reason I did not go on this ride with my choir director during tour. That's way too steep for me!

Brandon I've had a season pass for half of my life (I'm 14) and besides fully removing or remodeling, I'm pretty sure they only repainted one ride. 💀
If they repaint it, the colors should be burgundy and yellow

My first big roller coaster. Everything else before was tiny and slow. It was absolutely terrifying but then I rode it 6 more times. 😂 😂

I rode this and the first was fine but the second made me scream like a girl and I lost my voice screaming so load and I had just got my voice back after riding the great American scream machine

This ride is ehhh. for me its a 6/10. I was expecting a lot of adrenaline before riding it. However, it was so disappointing... the first drop wasn't as good. And after the ride you just feel a lot of pressure and dizzy. Its a meh ride.
