P.S. So jenn next time you try to make enough rice, use a rice cooker, you won't need to use a timer and also the rice cooker measures to like more than at least 3 cups. Next time use 1 and 1/2 cups at least in a rice cooker, won't need to estimate if it is cooked enough LOL ;b but the Tuna mix looks amazing! Love your cooking videos Jenn especially the Cheesy Gordita Crunch. Love making the Baja Sauce!😍🤩

it supposed to be crispy on the outside and but still kinda soft on the inside but when you cook it too crispy the whole block of rice becomes hard so it’s like eating a rice cracker
