My fiancé and I just booked this for our honey moon!! A Tuesday-Sunday in mid November! About to watch all your videos, but you have a too 5 tips for us? (I’m 33 and she’s 29 so glad y’all are around our age! Leaving from Dallas!)
Hmmm top 5 is hard! Depends on what you like to do for fun! We did a lot of relaxing but also did some exploring. I would definitely do a sunset cruise, that was a highlight. I would try all the fancy restaurants for sure. We loved walking down the street to a cenote and exploring. There are tons of excursions you can do too including Chichen Itza; we didn't get to go see this but would have loved to.
@@KaylaCasey we heard that there’s a scuba diving group off the beach there “dressel” so going to look at that! Oh that sounds great! I imagine our schedule will be the same lol coffee and breakfast, adventure, lunch, nap till 4, then back out for the night lol
we didn't get sick and only one person on the boat got sick but it was rocking when we were farther out. So if you think you could get motion sick, I would be prepared. Luckily the beer kept my stomach calm. They mentioned they will see whale sharks a lot of times
We booked ours through a travel agent and she booked it for us so I am assuming if you are booking on your own you would need to. I bet the resort could help you get transportation booked though
My wife said she got the purse from Amazon! I looked it up for so here is the link: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07JM1YT86/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Hey, we're looking to go here as a group, avg age is early 30's. Would you consider this a fun resort? Or are any of the connecting resorts open late and fun? THank you! Also, are you posting the rest of your trip and a resort review?
Hey! I will be posting each day of the rest of our trip. You will be able to get a pretty good look at the whole resort and the connecting resorts. My wife and I are in our early 30s and did have a good time. We stayed in the adults only section. I would definitely recommend that. The connecting resorts were more family oriented. They are nice to walk to throughout the day though to see different sections of the beach. At our section, there was live music every night that was fun. There is a night club, but it was closed while we were there. All in all we enjoyed it, but if you’re looking for a more party vibe I would maybe look somewhere else. To be honest, we felt like the alcohol was watered down. Haha
