Matt Hancock's maiden speech in the Commons

The first time Matt Hancock spoke in the the House of Commons Chamber as the Conservative MP for West Suffolk (England). He was elected to Parliament in May 2010 with a 13,050 (27.2%) majority.
Hancock was previously an economist at the Bank of England before serving as a senior economic adviser and then later Chief of Staff to Shadow Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne.
