Macaroni 200g
Cook until done.
Pour some water out of the pasta.
drain the water
vegetable fat
Onion 1 piece
Fry for 2-3 minutes
Garlic 3 cloves
Fry for 1-2 minutes
Tomato paste 3 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp / Sugar 1 tsp
paprika 1 tsp
Black pepper
mix well
pasta water
milk 50 ml
Cream 60ml
butter
Cheese 150g
Cheddar Cheese (optional)

Здесь можно рецепт совершенствовать...обжарить в самом начале грибы ( мясо, рыбу) затем овощи с томатом и сыром и 2листочка лавра.Остальное все как здесь.

Madonna che schifezza non si può vedere!a casa mia in Italia si cucina prima il "sugo"se cosi si può chiamare e poi la pasta!non esiste proprio che cucini la pasta e la lasci ad usciugare la pasta appena scolata va saltata in padella nel sugo...e poi quanto cavolo speziate le cose la paprika e il pepe e na bomba la cipolla e l aglio insiene il latte con la panna e formaggio e come se non bastasse ad appesantire il tutto ci mette anche il burro! Ma scherziamo il burro nel sugo che sacrilegio!senza offesa ma per noi italiani è davvero un offesa!
che vuoi fare, continua la tradizione barbara con la pasta evidentemente estranea alla loro cultura invece di cucinare carne arrostita
