- This is the final base required to be captured before entering the final boss story mission, I did not know where the nuke is coming from till halfway through.

guys just go to the nuje launcher and teather it to the floor of the building where its aiming at the floor so whenever it fires it would just shoot the floor n wouldn't be able to track you YOUR WELCOME

+Duck360Gaming2 I did n it just kept shooting the roof over and over again while I was still destroying the things I needed to liberate the base but after I did it kept shooting so that's an issue or we were not supposed to liberate it early cuz I played the first few missions n went on with the mayhem
I had that glitch too but when I reloaded the game after death it didn't shoot me again, you can see the trolling shot before I sortie

this is the first time I see a missile that can do homing into a human, a homing nuke missile!
This base was super hard it took me about 3 to 4 hours to take over but in the end it was worth it

To deactivate the nukes you have to do a main mission called bavarium chaos or something like that
The Black Out*
The best way I found to take this place down is glide at top speeds pull your parachute and fire off your best explosive weapon once and go right back into gliding. Don't pull your parachute till you hear the nuke go off.. If you glide at any faster than 30MPH the nuke will always miss. That and carpet runs work but you always have to be on the lookout for the missile and it's sometimes invisible.
Sorry viewers, I wanted to know where the missile is coming from, I thought it was from above then I thought it was the chopper then finally I found out it's the rocket thing on the top tower, it had homing nuke that kept destroying anything so I died alot here.
It is required to be captured in order to beat the game.
+Duck360Gaming2 You have to do a mission before you can capture this base. It's nearly impossible to capture it without doing the mission.
I did without the mission as I didn't find a mission that asks to capture this ... it was just required to progress story mission
+Seiryoku Hyakuya I captured that base without doing a mission. I was about 1 km away from the base in a chopper so the nukes couldn't reach me. Then I just shot all the stuff from there, and I also bombed some things with a jet. But I died like 10 times because I was shot by the nukes.

For the big satellite dish, you could simply use some mines
just got the game yesterday and I tried taking over this base for the first time it was easier than u thought u guys go for it nd never give up its not that hard💯thats what I did use launchers while parachuting around the base to destroy the objects then take cover under the base nd refill ur health

If you have the mech dlc, basically any base is either super easy or kinda difficult, use that how you want

There is a mission that disables FOW and guys after that, i got this base in 15 minutes... this is sooo easy you just need a double engined jet and press R1 to drop the bombs under you and like with 5 times flying over the base, i got it all and now it is mine. Do the Dimah's disable FOW mission. for that mission you need to liberate a small number of provinces. Belive me, it is easy.

Just did this as well, with the bomb just not stopping even after capturing is pretty annoying to be honest. Wonder if it is a bug or just a thing they have programmed until you get to a certain point in the game.
The nukes will keep on firing until you disarm them in a story mission

I think it’s risky especially in combat I like going parachute then wingsuit it gains height which helps move gaster
I use that during liberations sometimes

For all of the dumb people who have literally forgot about the FOW disabling missions, you need to clear 3 provinces before you can complete Dima's FOW mission for Falco Maxime, then you can attack it clean, and after not get fired at.
Its all about the challenge for me.
If you are on the satellite it protects you from the misses shoot everthing
I would stick a few GE-64s on that big satellite.

Ngl this was a good Base to liberate I used to like Go into a Plane and call a Soldier to go in with me and I get out and he rams into a Wall.

I see people saying you have to beat the game to disable the nukes. Normally I'd have no problem with this but I swear.... if I gotta do another escort mission, I'm out.
Ikr, I've only gotten to "liberate provinces in Insula Dracon and the last escort mission I had to do was so bad (Escort Teo, Annika and the EMP to the Imperator Bavarium Tanks), the problem was that the convoy always traveled at a stately speed even when CS Odjurs start bearing down on them, this may be to let you catch up if you somehow manage to fall behind but I've never done that as a result of me being too slow, only time I ever lost by falling behind was when I hijacked a CS Odjur and drove over a piece of glitchy rubble, then physics decided to slingshot me about 900 metres away from the convoy.
+Derpy Mcderp I recently beat all of act 1, liberated ever province but I'm stuck on the mission "abandon ship". No it's not cause I'm shit at the game. There is a glitch where I can't use any of my weapons and can't even walk. I'm fucking done with this games story.

You have to get to a specific spot in the game when you have to deliver a scooter than you keep unlocking vehicles and weapons as you go on in the game.

I took over the base and responded but the nukes kept shooting me. Why is this? Or how can I stop it? Its driving me crazy.
You disable it later in story mode

i tried to beat this base and it took me 2 hours
no no no if u press the glider button then you fucking glide dont wait untill you grapple the walls its quicker to glide cuz u stay in the air!
Just do the mission where you disable the nukes

I didn't revisit the base after that guess you have to do the story mission in act 3 to deactivate it huh
+wing wong you have to grapple the it to it hinge piece and retract the grapples so it glitches out and points down, or you can use the launcher to destroy fuel tanks and other things on base by going underneath the the bridges or runways.

Or you can do the mission that Dimah will give you. You just have to follow the pipes then destroy three machines inside an underground base that powers that nuke

Because you haven't done the the mission to disable them it's called Bavarian blackout and i believe the 23rd mission in the game
