- On her 23rd birthday, Tiphaine left Paris to cycle solo through Europe. In this video you can discover her incredible journey of more than 10,000 km by bicycle from Paris to Sweden, then to Greece, and back to France. With her tent she has slept everywhere and loved her experience.

Did a self-guided cycling tour of the British Isles. It was 8 weeks. Camped and stayed in hostels. Spent a month touring Ireland and a month in Scotland, England and Wales. It was life changing. Traveling by bike puts you close to the ground and slows everything down. People see you and you see them. Don't hesitate. Just do it.

Girls are so hard. Guys mess around with their weight wennie bikes a women just pack up and ride epic distances with what ever gear they got.
I have seen many women cycling solo. One lady even had 2 kids and one following on a bike, Munich to Venice and back. 🤘👍🏻

There is nothing simpler, and yet more rewarding than riding a bike through other countries. It changes you more than anything else in life! The world is truly beautiful from the perspective of a bike. Well done, great lifetime adventure at such a young age!!

Hi Tiphaine, thanks for your words, video and inspiration. Next year, I'm traveling in the European summer ending up to see some Danish friends. My preparation is riding to work daily and doing gravel rides up to 100kms and getting my kit organized.

Nice to see a normal bike that many people use around town to do you adventure. It’s not a million dollar machine. My mum 76 yrs old did a similar journey across Spain on a very similar Giant bike. The change was to give her easier gears on the Pyrenees so that was a upgrade. Well done you.

I live in South America. Unfortunately camping anywhere is not possible. I must say It is dangerous. Some people are not reliable and are always looking for what to steal, besides, roads are risky for bike riders as there are no proper lanes to ride on so you are many times cycling along with big trucks or vehicles with no decent distant between you and them. I envy you traveling through Europe. I liked you video. Thanks.
It is surely safer to ride on a bike lane, but lots of cyclists cycle South America without any problem, as well as wild camping :)

Didn't plan much! Read blogs of other cyclists and use this app maps.me for the roads

Well done Tiphaine🥳. Your very brave & courageous to do it on your own💪. I probably cycled some the same routes as you the following year. Like yourself, I met many great people, some still good friends today. I met other cyclists, some dealing with a crisis like myself. But, coming to the end was a bitter sweet feeling as you see in my film. Once you are hooked, it's hard to stop. It's great you have someone who has the same sense of adventure. Stay safe on your future journey's 😉. I look forward to seeing more of your adventures.

Depends where... if it's quite populated it's not easy but you can ask to camp in people's garden
How much kilo you drive every day
around 90km/day
how did you fund it....you still need funds for varius things even with free camping and peoples kindness.....
Of course you still money for food and other expenses. I have worked before the trip and save some money
