Fresh, unwashed eggs will last a very long time at room temperature. I love the Toll House recipe. I always made them for our children when they were young. I have been feeling depressed living in our little camper, but realize I am blessed. We have all we need and more. God is so good. Loved the homey crafting and devotional. 🩷
Please don't be depressed. I'm sure your camper is just adorable. At one time, we lost our home and it was devastating. I would have given anything to have a camper then!! God bless you.
I’m so sorry. I suffered from depression for a lot of years from trauma and probably my MS which hadn’t been diagnosed yet. Today, I am not depressed anymore. I think the treatment for my MS took it away. I also prayed for God to take it away from me. Praying for you!
I have pressed flowers and leaves by laying them between sheets of wax paper and ironing them. The wax preserves the color; the iron flattens them. It is quick and easy to do.
I love that you are going back to nature and giving tutorials that anyone can do. Makes my heart smile. If you have chickens, you do not refrigerate your eggs. You do not wash them until you are ready to use them. They will keep for up to three months on the counter. After 3 months, you will need to float them to check if they are good. I use them almost everyday. One of my FAVORITE diys you did was the coffee filter roses. The dried roses are a close second. Keep those natural crafts coming. I wanted to let you know that every devotional you have read have been just what I needed. God showed me your channel and I thank Him for that. Be blessed. Hugs to you, Benji Bear, and Tinky.
Love using dried flowers , fruits , and herbs to decorate with. They not only make your home beautiful, but makes it smell amazing too. Everything is perfect Olivia. So beautiful!
Dear Mrs. Olivia I absolutely love watching the things you create. My family and I lost our home because of me a few years ago and I miss being able to decorate a home especially for fall and christmas. Thankyou for all that you do because I still get all the inspiration for whenever the LORD allows us to have another home. God Bless you and all your family.
My favorite way to dry pansies especially is in an old book with a headband around it microwave for 5 minutes and let it set 5 minutes. I did some over 20 years ago and they are still perfect in a scrapbook!
Hi Sweet Olivia, Tinky, and Benji Bear! God has convicted me to be a better steward of the time, resources, and relationships he has blessed me with in this life. I've gone through my craft stash, which made me realize I have a large quantity of resources. Your devotion about finances was on point. God is using you to remind me about being a good steward, so thank you tremendously!! HUGS!!!!
I loved the simplicity of the crafts you shared today. I really enjoyed the devotion; I am looking at a job change right now and somewhat apprehensive. You reminded me that the Lord calls me to stewardship, and He will provide my needs.
Love using God's creations for home decor. I would have never thought of doing these crafts. I'm definitely trying the pine cones and oranges. I love all of your Mckenzie Childs things.
Olivia this video is amazing!!!!!!You are amazing!!!!!! Love ❤️ everything you create and your fur kiddos are adorable!!!!!!! I know how much you put your heart and soul into creating all these beautiful things Thank you for all you do you are cherished and loved so much!!!!!!!!
Olivia, I enjoy your days and I do use the things that you do in my home. I had a fire recently and I lost all of my craft supplies and now I have nothing to work with and I am still watching the program.
Super cute ideas…🍁I 🩷 unique style for each holiday season😊I really don’t like when I go into somebody’s home and I know where they purchased every single decoration. I definitely buy some holiday decor to sprinkle with my antique, thrifted, and handmade items because I love to be unique 😊
Hi Olivia, I am catching up on videos,I was running behind this week.I found this video to be so beautiful and soothing, the music in the background and all of the nature inspired crafts were so pretty! My favorite was the pictures you made with coffee filters trimmed in lace with the dried flowers. They were such a lovely idea. Thank you for the devotional on finances. It is true that so much emphasis in our country is placed on having so much money in the bank,it can make the majority of us quite anxious at times. God has a totally different attitude on this,he wants us to be wise, tithe, and not be wasteful and share, and in turn he will always take care of us! I too,am trying to use what I have this year, thank you again for sharing your creativity and faith with us!❤️
As a kid, my mom entered a cornucopia each year at our school fall event and she usually took first place. She gathered everything for it in our own backyard as she didn't drive and couldn't go other places for it. I love everything you do! I can't wait for your new videos.
Hi Olivia, thank you for sharing. I Remember doing a lot of crafts in school using leaves, branches and especially pine cones, during the holidays. That was a long time ago, wonderful memories. Love chocolate chip walnut cookies.
I love everything about this cottage style! The Toll House Cookie is my favorite, too. The only thing I add is chopped pecans. Oh, I am sooooo ready for fall!
Eggs do not have to be refrigerated if they have not been washed. Eggs purchased from the store are washed. When a chicken lays an egg there is a protective coating that helps them to stay fresh and can be left out. Raise chickens for fresh eggs. lol 💜
Hello sweet friend Olivia! Oh you make my ❤Happy with all these Beautiful diys you do. I just love your channel so much. You are so creative and I love it. Thank you for sharing your Devotional with us. So until next time God Bless you and your family and have a Blessed day and stay safe my dear and Special Friend. ❤❤❤
Olivia, this was so much fun. I remember as a child collecting fall leaves, acorns, pinecones, and fall flowers. My grandma used silica (to dry the flowers) and the oven for the rest. This kind of vlog brought back so many childhood memories. It makes me realize I have a whole yard of things to craft with! ❤😂❤ It's so true,I have large flower gardens, trees, bushes, and a scrap wood pile. My husband is a carpenter, so wood is always available. Of coarse I use it all on occasion, but should more. I really shouldn't buy any fall crafting materials until I do inventory. We sometimes don't realize how much we have, until we look! 😂😂😂 I know I'm guilty. The only thing I know I need for crafting, is the large Christmas balls from DT. I buy them a case at a time! Olivia, thank you for the kind words of devotion. ❤ Much love and joy to you!
I have only dried flowers by pressing them in between parchment paper and in a book. My family's favorite cookies are the Nestle Toll house chocolate chip recipe. The US is the only country that refrigerates eggs. I do refrigerate my eggs. If you think about it farmers don't refrigerate their eggs before using them. Love all the natural diy's. Have a fantastic day. God bless you
This was a wonderful relaxing video. I loved you foraging so to speak in your yard for the pretty flowers and leaves. I have to say that two pictures you made with your maple leaves was my favorite. My mom used to make the best chocolate chip cookies. Many years ago, I asked her what do you do Mom mine end up coming out so flat and yours have some substance to them. She said that’s because she doesn’t use just butter. She would use half butter and half shortening. Finally last year at Christmas time I perfected how she made hers and like you we use the toll house recipe. They were perfect, for my oven 11 minutes the perfect time and like you said, leave them on the pan for five minutes. My dad, sister and brother said you just made mom’s cookies. This made me very proud☺️. Yes I am so guilty of eating the dough and you’re right they tell you not to do it anymore. I have to sneak probably three or four bites though. 😉 For eggs, I know a couple people that have chickens and what I learned and I verified it by googling it is when you have fresh eggs if you don’t wash them, they can stay out on the counter. I forget for how long but once they’re washed, they have to go into the refrigerator.
Erin Napier on Home Town series Laural Miss. Showed one way to dry flowers. Sandswich them between parchment paper and then 2 fire bricks. Microwave 2 min.hers were then framed between glass. Love your channel.
Olivia, I just loved this video. Natural things are so calming. Great video. TFS this video is by far my favorite in a long time. Your crafts are beautiful
Love these. I did apples and oranges and lemons that had start to go bad and boy they made the house smell good. I added cinnamon sticks to them and the material in between as well. I love all these ideas. Thank you again.
God bless you all. And sending love ❤️, hugs and prayers to each and every one, we all need love and prayers, remember to be kind, because you never know what someone else is going through, treat everyone the way you want to be treated, may God give us all the strength, courage and wisdom for every situation that may arise, ty for your devotionals they remind me of God’s grace and glory,
If the eggs aren’t washed after the hen lays them they don’t have to be washed bc she puts a protective coating around the egg before laying it. Once you wash the egg it has to be refrigerated.
I love adding pecans to chocolate chip cookies. But I'm like you. If my family likes it a certain way, I don't change it. I love giving my family memories that they can always associate with me.
Such a great video!! Love being able to use things around the house! Amazing Olivia!! The flower arrangement I noticed you had yellow buttercup. The little flower with 4 petals. Be very careful with this weed. We have this in our pastures and when our cows eat it they get blisters in their mouths. You can get blisters by touching it from the oil. Such a beautiful weed, but be careful. We have to keep our pastures sprayed to kill it. Just thought I'd share this. 😊
My bathroom has room for a small chair where I can sit to put on my shoes. I decided to paint it and replace the chair cushion. For the first coat of paint, I used Pool Chalk Paint by Waverly. I found it so gritty that I sanded it with fine sandpaper and bought more suitable paint at Lowe's. I have never tried Annie Sloan's chalk paint, which I see furniture refinishers use. I want furniture to have a smooth finish. Maybe applying a wax finish does that. I don't know.
I’m no egg expert , but I ate dough all my life and I’m over sixty now and very healthy and youthful so with that said I’ll keep eating it now and then lol. Wonderful video Cricket From NOR CA
If you have your own hens or you buy from a farmer that has hens on site there is no need to refrigerate eggs as long as they are not washed. There is a coating on the outside that preserves the egg for up to two weeks without refrigeration. But They must be unwashed❤
(Ms. Olivia, where's the community tab here on UA-cam so we can check for the winners?) I love your channel & I've been watching you for years. I'm a huge fan of yours and Benji Bear!!! God Bless 🙏🏾💗
The egg thing, in England, same, eggs on counter in farmland, the thing is eggs FRESH from chickens, from start, no fridge is how they do it. Have for years. Now once eggs are cooled in fridge, well now you have to keep them there, how many days do they sit out? I don'nt know, locally farmers put eggs , fresh , in the cartoons, in a regular cooler, end of road, people pull up, buy, honor system.
Yes I was going to say something similar. Another channel (I think it's called Moss Family TV) said that the fresh eggs have a coating on them that makes it safe to store outside of the refrigerator but once washed off then they would have to go in the fridge.❤
Fresh, unwashed eggs will last a very long time at room temperature.
I love the Toll House recipe. I always made them for our children when they were young.

Will apples work also like the dried oranges?
❤️❤️❤️❤️👏👏👏👏👏🌹🌹🌹
I have fresh eggs from my chickens. I do not put them in the refrigerator.
Hi Bengi bear
Do u use hairspray on the leaves after you microwave them?
As I watched further, my question was answered!😁
Yess!! 🧡🧡🧡
👍👏👌💗💖💝❤🌹💋🥰😊
Good Morning, I refrigerate my store bought eggs and do not refrigerate my yard eggs.
Good morning! Thank you for sharing! I’m curious why? Thank you ❤️
Where does your kitty sleep outside?
He has a kitty door to come in ❤️
The eggs from the store are washed, need to be refrigerated.
