    This happened to me and I didn't even know . . They kept telling me I was not in labor . . And I kept telling them I was in a lot of pain . Once the covering doctor came in and seen the babies heart rate kept dropping they realized that it could've been a uterus rupture. They called it a crash c section . .

    Thank you so much. I actually have OB exam tomorrow, and watching your video is the fastest way for me to learn this content. There's so much to read in a very short period of time.😢 I am so scared. Again thank you.

    My aunt had a uterine rupture with her 3rd. The previous two were c-sections. She survived.
    I had precipitous labor with my 3rd after an emergency c-section with my second due to placental abruption. 2 hours from onset to delivery.
    My friend died 7 months ago from AFE. Her 6th child - the only girl - survived. We are all still in shock.

    Nurses need to view this video periodically once in practice. Nursing students will not remember the info or relate to its significance!

    • @LevelUpRN
      @LevelUpRN  Рік тому +1

      This information is definitely helpful for working nurses, too! However, nursing students must know this information for their maternity exams and for NCLEX. Definitely important to keep reviewing content related to your specialty once beginning clinical practice, though! --Meris :)

    How do you make sure that uterine rupture after trying vaginal birth !!! The skin of uterine is thick so doctors decide that if you take more time than 4 to 5 hours to vaginal birth so it may cause uterine rupture and decide to do csection ... if the uterus rupture while you are trying to deliver vaginally so I think you will die of pain .. doctors lie
